Three people came to clean, were punctual and cleaned the entire house in about 3.5 hours. They seemed to have found every particle of dust. Fantastic job.

We love them especially team 2. They did an excellent job and we were very impressed. I put them on hold for a while because I just had a baby and I had so much family in. They really do a good job. They have been doing routine cleaning for a while. I watched the girl and her cleaning my stove really was worth it for me. I was 7 months pregnant at the time and it just wasn't going to happen with me.

They were very prompt in responding to messages to schedule the cleaning date. However, it was not clear to me when they said ti would be between 8-12 that that's the starting time - I assumed they would be there at 8 and stay until they were finished. That part is my fault for not understanding clearly so I'm putting it out there in case you are confused also. But the problem started when they didn't arrive or call by noon. I tried calling several times but no answer; finally got a call back and they said the cleaners were running late. That didn't work for my schedule so I asked if they could come the next day. She said yes and gave me a time. They did come during the 4 hour window and stayed a very long time to get the house clean. Here are my issues: It was a deep cleaning but they didn't clean my bathtub or my shower. Not at all. They broke a knick knack, which is fine - I was not upset about the break, it was an accident - but the girls giggled when it happened and that kind of upset me. Overall it was a good deal for the price, but I was stunned that the tub and shower were not touched. If that is not part of a deep cleaning, perhaps they could clarify what is included on their deal so that we know.

They did a pretty good job. I wasn't very excited with the work in the begining but by the end it was better. They don't clean chandeliers which is what I really wanted. Over all it was a pretty good deal.

The things they cleaned they did a good job but they didn't clean the fan blades, as was advertised they would; they left the shelves in the showers not cleaned and scummy. Didn't move any bottles on shelves. I consider deep cleaning to take most of the day and furniture to be moved and cleaned underneath etc. I feel I got $179 worth but disappointed in depth of cleaning. They arrived around 9am and left after lunch. Not enough time to deep clean even a small house of 1,800 sq ft if done correctly.

The provided scheduled my appointment for 8/4/14 between 8:30 and 9:30. By 9:10, I had not heard from them, so I called. I was told the appointment was for later that afternoon, I think 2:00. I would not have nor did I schedule it for the middle of the afternoon as I work all day, so I would have had to take off in the middle of the day to let them in. When they finally did come, it was after 4:00 in the afternoon, so for the amount of work they did, they did not finish until after 8:00 that evening. While I was totally and completely satisfied with the work that was performed, I felt bad for the two young ladies that did the work having to be there so late. And as I felt it best to stay out of the way so they could work, I stayed outside until they were done. So all things considered, that is my only complaint. The work that was performed was completely satisfactory, and I have hired them to clean my house on a bi-weekly basis starting this week, with the request that the same two employees can do the job. The work is completely satisfactory, the punctuality was not. I hope to have better results for my follow up cleanings.

They were good, but I thought it was a little high priced for what they ended up doing. The deal said that they would clean baseboards and wash the walls but they did not do that. They were pleasant and professional and did the job while we were away. They were very quick to get in touch with me and organize the service. They sent 3 people out to help with the job.

As far as I'm concerned, a deep cleaning would include all surfaces to be "wet cleaned," using a damp cloth suffused with 409 or similar, using furniture polish on all wood, using windex or similar on all glass. What they did was clean surfaces using dry or almost dry cloths, which will get dusty more quickly. They didn't clean all the fan tops, missed many fan lights as well (done dry, needed wet). Chandeliers and other hanging light fixtures still need wet cleaning on most surfaces, some areas missed. There were still small spider webs around everywhere. They did a good job on vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms, except floors. Good job on mirrors in both baths and hall mirror, but not on chevalier. They used a swiffer on hard floors, but the floors all need more scrubbing with several applications of a real mop. They did get the baseboards and did pay attention to the corners and tight places. I would have preferred a more thorough job in the master bedroom, especially around bed area, and in corners. I think they would have given more detail to the M. bedroom if I had asked, but I didn't inspect or ask. When charging this amount of money, I expected more than I got. It was a team of two women, they spent 2.5 hours on the job. I think a fair price would have been $120 for a team of two for the quality of job performed, with attention being paid to details I've mentioned.

The staff was late, but someone called ahead so that was fine. The cleaners were courteous, professional and thorough. Two thumbs up!!

Lades arrived on time, seemed to do good job. Heart located around.

They did a great job and were really quick for the amount of cleaning. They also cleaned the cobb webs out of the very high windows when I asked. However, they were 3 hours late. I understand that these things can happen but when I was told they would arrive in half an hour and it was 1 hour and 45 mins later I was a bit ticked off.

Went okay. Tile floor needed more attention and obvious dirty spots were missed throughout the house. Was looking for a deep cleaning and received more of a standard sweep and dust. More attention to detail is needed.

They sent two ladies out who did an excellent job. We were very pleased with the work they performed. The bathrooms were spotless and they even cleaned the baseboards. The workers were not able to take a card for payment. We called the office to make the payment by phone. At that time they asked if we would like a recurring clean. We expressed that we only needed it that ONE TIME and would consider using their services again. Somehow they setup a recurring bill for $110. When we called the company about the additional charges they could not tell us why it was billed. They charged us $240 for the service provided but nobody knew why they charged $110. This occurred again the next month. The 3rd month they charged it as well. We contacted the company because for 3 months they charged us a recurring bill without performing the work. They refused to refund us the money and claimed they did not see the charges in their system. We had to contact the bank and have them put a stop payment, refund us the money and handle the false charges for us. Overall it was an annoying experience with this company. Even they we liked the cleaning it was not worth the hassle that went along with it. If you chose to use them I would recommend paying in cash. I'm not sure I would even trust them with a check.

I was running late from an appointment so would give them points for waiting. Overall the service was good and I'd use them again. Only complaint is there needs to be more communication on what all the deep cleaning entails as I thought they would spend more time cleaning the shower corners and baseboards. Not a bad service and I'd recommend but just better communication.

From earlier reviews, I could see that punctuality is a problem with this company. I was told they would be at the house between 11 - 1. No one called to let me know they would be late. They finally showed up at 2:00. My entire day had to be rearranged to accommodate their schedule. If it weren't for the fact I had a party the next day I would have cancelled them all together. Regarding the cleaning, this was supposed to be a deep cleaning. I wouldn't call it 'deep' They both did a great job shining up the floors, and vacuuming. They cleaned the oven, bathrooms, kitchen cabinets and the outside of the refrig., micro, and dishwasher. They dusted the furniture, but did not dust the highest shelves (they never asked for a ladder). We were told this would be a deep cleaning; however, baseboards were not washed, nor were any louvers on window coverings dusted. I realize the ladies work very hard so I fault the company for not setting proper expectations upfront with customers.
