Great, they arrived on time and did a wonderful job. Definitely pleased with the service.

3 Lovely ladies worked diligently and efficiently.

They did an excellent job! They were on time. There were more people working than expected and got it done in a short amount of time. They dusted, vacuumed, scrubbed and cleaned kitchens, the whole 9 yards. They listened to special instructions and were polite.

Getting the appointment was easy. The ladies arrived, went to work, and stayed until complete. They did a fabulous job. Would highly recommend.

The crew arrived within the 2 hour window 11-1, closer to 1 than in middle. 4 gals, they brought their own cleaning supplies. They began upstairs, where the rooms are not used so it was very easy and fast to get through the cleaning process. The blinds needed cleaning and the fans and that was accomplished. The head gal asked me to inspect and I did , found 2 areas around window blinds that needed another touch. Downstairs went fast also, they dusted/ mopped and rearranged a lot of my decor, not putting back in same place, but nothing was broken so I was okay with readjusting. Floors were mopped, ovens cleaned/micro etc. My mother in law has been very ill for the past 3 months and I had really neglected the house so , overall I was pleased. I asked the gals to clean the office which is attached by roof but divided by a courtyard. The owner called me and apparently was instructed by the head gal that the office was detached. I informed the owner my house was less than 3400 sq feet and I purposely purchased the over 3500 sq ft package because of the office, and the office is attached per insurance papers. They cleaned the office in less than 15 minutes and left. You only gave me a yes or no on rehiring this company, I put no but I would maybe consider hiring again. I'm in the middle on it. The girls worked professionally and were thorough.

Arrived right on time. Very friendly and polite. Did a very thorough cleaning job. Appreciated their efforts.

Fantastic service, my house wasn't this clean when I moved in! I will definitely use them in the future and would recommend to everyone.

It was easy to make an appointment and they arrived on time. A man and woman came but neither spoke english. We used a translator app on one of their phones but it didn't work very well. This is why I gave them a B overall and on professionalism. They did a really good job. Used this scrubby brush on the base boards and blinds. They broke one of the mechanisms that opens and closes the blinds. They didn't tell me, my husband saw it. Another reason for the B. I know things get broken so wasn't upset by that but would have liked them to show me and offer to replace it. There were a couple of odd things they forgot to do, like clean the kitchen sink. Not a big deal and wish I would have caught it when they were here, I'm sure they would have taken care of it. The other odd thing was she gave me an Angie's List form to fill out and sign. I guess people don't leave reviews. Overall I was very satisfied and would hire them again, I'd just find a better translating app.

I hired them due to the special and the positive reviews from Angie's List. We have had various house cleaning companies over the years and some are overpriced for the poor quality of house cleaning that they do. So, I called and talked to the very nice lady who answered the phone to see if they were even available for New Year's Eve as we know that appts get booked up quickly for these type of dates. She was very nice and we talked on the phone while I made the purchase through Angie's List and we made the appt. She said they would call the day before to confirm the time frame they would be there, which they did. Since it is just my husband and I and our two furry 'kids', we try to keep the house as clean/picked up as possible with the exception of not dusting the blinds as often as we should. The day they were to arrive at the scheduled time, the 'office' called and said they would be there in 25-30 minutes, which was fine. When the two person cleaning crew showed up, I told them not to clean two small closets and to wash only the master shower door with soap and water as I have put a special product on it to help keep the glass free of soap scum and water spots. My husband and then I left the house to let them clean and to ensure we weren't in their way. After approximately 2 1/2 - 3 hours, they were done (we were thinking that they would be done sooner since other cleaning companies didn't spend this type of time on our house before - so we came home and when they were still there, we just hung out in part of the house they were done with). We looked at various areas of the house that they cleaned and we were highly impressed - our wood blinds haven't been that clean since we had them installed a few years ago and a few cleaning services since then. The floors were spotless and everything looked great. We were very impressed and the two cleaning people were fabulous and very, very nice. After all the work they did, they asked if there was anything else they could do. I couldn't think of a thing, we were so impressed and we will definitely use them again and request these two by name. Very impressed with this cleaning Company!!

Three ladies arrived promptly within the time indicated. They were very pleasant and courteous. The house is very large and so I had them skip some areas . The ladies worked diligently for 4 hours and my house overall looks much much better. I did have some concerns. I have several area rugs, not covered by any furniture. Unlike other housekeepers/house cleaners I've used in the past, they did not appear to have vacuumed under the rugs. They also did not clean under chairs. Considering that it was to be a deep cleaning, I was surprised. That said, I believe that if I had noticed before they left and then pointed areas out, they would have corrected that. (When I'd asked them to return to one area to vacuum, they did so promptly).

The workers arrived on time and ready to work. They were at my home for approx. 3 hours. They did a good job of the cleaning. However, I saw one of the workers cleaning the back of the commode with commode water. YUCK! They sat a bottle of glass cleaner on my office chair; the cleaner leaked and saturated the seat of the chair. They never said anything to me and when I went to sit in the chair, my pants were saturated. Luckily they were still here. When I asked what happened, they had to use an app on their phone to translate to English to tell me it was water. The pants had a cleanser odor and then they said it was Windex. There should have been no reason to have cleaning products in my desk chair. My pants and desk chair are still drying out. I hope it doesn?t stain. Their vacuum did not pick up lint off the floor. I had to go back over it with my vacuum. Items that were cleaned were not put back in their place. Instead they placed them back they way they though it should be. Trashcans were moved to the other side of the room, bathroom vanity items were rearranged, kitchen counter items were shuffled around. They entered a closet and took rugs from a shelf and placed them on the floor. Highly inappropriate! They asked me to complete an ANGIE?S LIST questionnaire about their service and when I said I would mail it back to Angie?s List, they insisted on taking it with them. I thought that negated the purpose of giving a candid review. Overall, the job was sub par. Even though their were cheaper than their competitors, their work showed it. Definitely not work the money.

The two people who came were very nice and thorough. They worked for quite a while, and then when they were finished asked me if there was anything else I wanted for them to do. They did an excellent job. Thank You.

They arrived late and then left early. They were there less than 1 1/2 hours. They did not clean to my expectations and they were not receptive to cleaning upstairs even though I paid for the square footage. They did not have to change sheets or make beds. All they did was dust and clean bathrooms, floors and vacuum the downstairs. I was very disappointed

I call to set up a date and she would not honor the coupon because my house was bigger than 2500 ft.² and I told her I did not want to do the second floor only the first floor but she still wouldn't do it because she didn't know how big my first floor was she said it would be $229 to do my first floor of 2000 ft.²

They were outside of my area. I told them I think they need to change something so member's aren't going through the process of contracting with a company that's too far.

Great work, very professional and responsive. House looks great. I would use them again.

B&B maids did an awesome job cleaning my townhome for a move-out clean! I was super impressed!

The cleaning crew arrived on time and was very responsive to our requests. They were very meticulous about the work and spent as much time as need to clean each corner. Our home was not in the best shape but they were patient and addressed each request. Very nicely done!!

The maids were very good, showed up and got the work done, everything looks great.

It was great, house looks spotless. They were extremely professional, and very punctual. The service was good enough that we have signed up for periodic additional services. My wife was very please with everything done

I have used B & B twice now. The first time they were on time, and did a perfect job. This last time. they were a little early and had to wait. I had quite a list of things for them to do, and they only had 2 hours to do it... so they didn't get to finish the kitchen. But, I had told them that was the least important on my priority to do list. The ladies have all been very nice and are professional. I am considering having them come in and clean once a week, or bi-weekly.

They were on time, friendly, quick and thorough. They were very careful and I am happy with the service.
