I confirmed twice with Angies list that they did cover my area they rudely told me they did not and would not honor the deal I bought

They were excellent to the point of often times finding things to clean if their time ran under what it typically would take. One time I came home and they had swept out the garage

They did a very good job, very through and there was not one spec of dust to be found. They did tak almost 4 hours, so either they needed more then 2 cleaners or my house was just REALLY that dirty. They started at 4 and left by 8, so a little later than I would like them to be in my house, especially when you have kids. But they did a great job. No complaints.

The service was not as good as Vicky’s because they did not want to move the furniture back. They kind of moved it to the left and after they cleaned, they did not move the furniture back in the right or the same spot or they moved it down and they did not move it back. There were two of them. As far as the cleaning goes, it was pretty good, although my bathroom in the back, I was kind of surprised. I was looking at it today and I was thinking it did not look very clean. I do not think it was quite as good as Vicky’s. I was not here; I was out of town. So, my friend came and let them in. When I came home, it seemed pretty clean except for the bathroom and the base board was not that great either. I probably would not use them again in the future. I would probably use Vicky’s over them.

It was good. I wanted it because we were putting our house up on the market. I wanted a more deep cleaning like vacuuming the blinds and cleaning the baseboard but it was more of a surface cleaning. I asked them to do the baseboard and they agreed to do it but that wasn’t part of what they were coming in to do apparently. Two cleaners came out to do the work. It took them about 2 ½ to 3 hours to clean. The wait for an appointment was a couple of days. It wasn’t very long at all. I’ve had no issues. I would tell family members or friends that they should probably just hire them for surface cleaning because the deep cleaning wasn’t that deep. I wanted them to clean the corners of the floor because the dirt builds up when you mop the floor. That’s not what they were doing. If I still live there, I might use them for surface cleaning and if they could give me a more competitive price.

Fine, workers were not told just floors so had to explain and translate but otherwise satisfactory work.

Missed the following: Cobwebs along baseboard Cobwebs at cabinet kickplates Kitchen Sink Floors not swept adequately, so we're not sure mopping took place Poor or missed dusting It was if as they were in a real big hurry to get done instead of DOING the job properly. We left $20 for the cleaners but we still got poor service. I emailed B&B about it but they haven't responded yet...

Two cleaners arrived in the time window provided and spent over four hours. I did not have to provide direction and the worked from start until the job was completed. I will highly recommend this company and service.

Reasonably priced for work done- the 2 people cleaned most of priority qui9te thoroughly- work done worth the price.

Could only send one person, for 2 hours.

I did not pay extra. I was not 100% happy with them but I do not think it was their fault. I never interacted with them. I never saw them or talked to them.

They do good work. They are quick as it only takes 2 girls about 3 hours to clean.

It was good. I wouldn't recommend them because though they were good, they were not as thorough as I expected on a be clean. They left some dust piles behind some doors. They should ensure that they are thorough by double checking.

1st crew was very late on scheduled day & did not have time to start. Next day was off with us but same crew did not show up. Called manager. 2nd crew was very good. Did a great job. Okay in the end.

they were a tad late, 4:20 but quick to start and came completely prepared. They worked solidly from start to finish

I bought the coupon for the whole house deep cleaning and scheduled them to come out just before Christmas. Two ladies arrived on schedule and spent the better part of 6 hours cleaning my house. They did a terrific job! I think I'm going to use them on a regular basis.

The worker was good but the scheduling part was bad because we made the appointment and nobody showed up then we called and they said we didn't had any appointment.

The three ladies came and really cleaned the house well . ceiling fans, blinds, oven etc. They did a great job.
