Good, only thing, wood floors need to be mopped with the wood. They didn't understand.

Cleaner originally went to the wrong location. They got my address mixed up with an old one on file. Very thorough job once they made it here.

Our house had a lot of stuff, and the two maids were in our house for over 6 hours. None of them ate but worked throughout the entire 6 hours. They appeared untrained but very willing to listen to instructions. My husband would sometimes show them what cleaning items to use and they were more than willing to follow his instructions. The floors were mopped and the kitchen and bathrooms cleaned.

It went very well. They arrived around 10 am and spend over 4 hours cleaning the house. They paid a lot of attention to detail and even cleaned places I wouldn't have expected.

Workers were focused and diligent, and worked steadily from start to finish.

Showed up on time and did the work throughly. Will use again

The B&B team was very responsive from the first contact (via e-mail) and within one day of my first communication with them Allan was on-site to provide a more accurate quote. The job consisted of cleaning all windows in a two-story townhome (14+ windows), clean the blinds, baseboards, and all doors. Two crews took care of the job: one cleaned the windows plus the blinds and the other did the baseboards and the doors; they brought their own supplies. Both crews were courteous, professional, and did a superb job! The job was performed in a timely manner as well. I will definitely use B&B in the future!

Spoke with owner over phone about pricing & products. He came out to view my house to give me a flat rate, instead of hourly. Made the appointment and they were here on time. Very quite couple, but they went beyond my expectations.

They arrived on time. They cleaned everything to the expected standard and did a spectacular job. The personnel who arrived were polite and courteous.

She was very polite and was punctual. She spent 3 hours cleaning, much of the time while on her cell phone. When I asked about the baseboards she smiled and said she had cleaned them, in spite of me pointing out the dust. The same thing happened when I pointed out the dust on the tops of bathroom lights and lamps throughout the house. She said she was finished and left.

Went well. Home is a rental so we were not present when work was being performed. We did return before they left to inspect the work. Upon initial review everything looked great, but as we began doing other work around the house we noticed doors, baseboards & windows that had not been cleaned. Other than that..nice job.

At first, it looked like they did a good job. However, now that I've had a chance to go over things in detail, they didn't do a number of things. First, they barely dusted anything. The pictures were all half dusted, they dusted "around" objects instead of picking them up and dusting under them. Second, they didn't clean the granite counter tops. There are still soda and water stains on the counter tops to prove they didn't do them. Third, they used some type of cleaner on the stove top that put a thick layer of white soot on it... I had to reclean it. Fourth, they didn't put anything back right. I had to spend 40 minutes putting things back where they belonged. If I'm going to pay almost $300 for someone to clean my house, I want it cleaned thoroughly.

Purchased deep clean service with 3 people for 4000sq ft home for an arrival time of between 9-10 am. Called them multiple times on day of service before anyone answered the phone. Finally got ahold of someone around 11am. Reply was they had staffing issues and were trying to work thru it. They sent 1 young girl who showed up around noon and sat out front of my house for about 30 min before I knew she was there. When I asked her what was going on she said she was told to wait outside till her partner arrived. If I didn't go outside I would not have known anyone was even here. I asked her to come in and get started because they were already 2 hours behind schedule and we had another vendor coming in so these guys needed to be done with the upstairs before the other servicer arrived. I called the service and spoke to the owner. Nice enough guy who said he would make it right. Cleaner # 2 didnt show up until 1 pm while the owner was standing in our living room. When he came to the house I walked him thru everything I wanted done , just like I did with the first cleaner. He said he didnt know it was a move in cleaning but we purchased a deep clean service special and he did not have an option of move in move out service. He said he would make it right. I just needed to give him a chance. He also said he would refund our money if we were not happy at the end of the service. His staff were gone before 4 pm. The owner never followed up to see if we were happy with the service and didn't refund our money either. My husband let them go because they told him they were done. He is a guy who does not know about cleaning..... Now I have to back thru the whole house and do either what they did not do or redo the poor job they did do. Will never use B and B Maid Service again. Not worth the time or the money.

Not only did the provider not show up, but NEVER returned my repeated calls for over a week to find out where they were, and if we could re-schedule. There was no explanation given, and no communication from them. They have an answering machine that takes messages, but always says the owner is not available. I can't believe they are even listed on Angie's List.

The ladies did a fantastic job! They cleaned my silk plants, blinds, fans, etc. the kitchen was spotless and the floors were shining! Thanks so much!!

We would be glad if somebody who comes to clean speaks English.

2 people arrived - they were very nice and brought all their own supplies. Within 3 hours my entire house was spotless. They had me check everything before they left.

Three ladies showed up on time and got right to work. I have teenagers living at home and their area was particularly dirty. They did all the normal dusting, vacuuming and bathrooms plus wiped down doors and baseboards, cleaned blinds and windowsills. They scrubbed makeup off a table, thoroughly wiped down the stair banister, cleaned air vents and ceiling fans. They really did a fantastic job. I couldn't find any place they missed. In fact, I happened to notice they even cleaned a windowsill high above my front door. I have no idea how they managed that without a ladder since it's about 10 feet up. I'll definitely have them back in the future.
