Do to scheduling issues on my part, I had to cancel my appointment with B&B. However, based on the professionalism, cooperation, flexibility and ease of scheduling I must give B&B top ratings. They will definitely be at the top of my list when I reschedule for this cleaning.

I arrived as the crew was finishing and leaving. I gave feedback about a couple of items I noticed immediately and they crew was very receptive to correcting.

Cleaners did not arrive within time window provided. After calling the company, the owner realized he wrote down the wrong date. He promptly sent out a cleaning crew and apologized.

Both house cleaners worked hard and did a very thorough job of cleaning. Very clean house.

Allan was so responsive! He called very quickly after I purchased the special. He personally came to the house to walk the property before sending anyone to clean. The crew did a great job! Everything smelled so clean and looked so shiny. Even the microwave and oven were gleaming! I plan to pick up recurring service and would recommend to anyone!

It went well. They were just late and couldn't get in touch with anyone. Owner called to apologize.

They were punctual, worked very hard and were thorough. They stayed longer than we contracted for. The house was squeaky clean when they left. The went above and beyond our expectations - they cleaned venetian blinds (not my favorite thing to do). Bathrooms and the kitchen were so clean my mother would have been happy. Excellent in every aspect. I would use them again. I can recommend them to anyone who wants a good, clean house. A+

Team #5 was prompt, professional, and thorough. If I weren't moving away from the area I would definitely want this team to clean my house again and again! Might consider team 5 prior to move out IF that's possible. The deep cleaning package was not designed for move out so I'm hoping they do move outs for a different quote! My MIL was in town and was really impressed with their work as well.

They arrived in the scheduled time and we asked them to focus on the floors and bathrooms. They did an awesome job, everything was dusted, vacuumed, and mopped!!! Much appreciated and I would definitely use them in the future.

The cleaning went great. I wasn?t sure how much two people could do in two hours but all the things I needed done were completed and my house smells and looks great! I have two dogs and with all the rain they brought in so much dirt and dust. The floors in my living area bath and kitchen look and feel clean, Dust and dog hair are all gone. The cleaning supplies used are the same once I like to uses. Overall very pleased and will use them again.

The team was a little late, my house is hard to find. They were very quick and the house looks great.

It went very well. Maids were punctual and professional.

Initially had some scheduling issues and mix up with communication on what they was suppose to clean. However, I spoke with Allan the owner and he was very polite and courtesy and honored the Angie list deal. His staff went over and beyond to provide excellent service. My 2300 sq ft home that I was moving into was empty. His staff came in and worked all day to get my home spotless. As a courtesy they even cleaned the awful smelling refrigerator!! I was so pleased with them. I would definitely use them in the future.

Guadalupe & Alex were wonderful, heard and steady workers. They were very cooperative & sweet.

They did a reasonable job for a standard cleaning, but didn't do wonderful for a Deep Cleaning. Couches were not vacuumed, oven was partially cleaned, the bathrooms were not detailed, and only some windows were cleaned. Several items were moved and not moved back. They followed up and corrected these issues quickly.

Not happy customer I would have wanted to see things much nicer done for small 3 bedroom house 1 person living here and things out of the way for a much better DEEP clean it was not!!! I just checked the top of the refrigerator dust still floors not done the home alarm only showed them here 1 1/2 which i was thinking not bad if they have a larger team not sure but I was thinking they would have the some in tip top shape due to cost of the cleaning to have be as a reg customer but can't say that would happen.

I called on Monday to see if B & B could honor the Big Deal that was offered by cleaning on that coming Friday. Maria called me back within an hour and went ahead and scheduled my cleaning for the day and time that I wanted. The team was to arrive between 11 and 1. At 12:40 Maria called to say that they were on their way. The two team members (Lucy and Blanco) did not arrive until 1:20, but that was not an issue with me. Lucy spoke English and she and I went over the rooms I needed cleaning and looked at the list of chores I had written in advance. The ladies went to work immediately, worked very hard and finished the house in about 2 hours. Everything on my list was done, plus some. The house looks sparkling and smells very very nice (not sure what they used to make it smell so nice, but I would like some of it!), I can honestly say that B & B is the best of the maid services that I have used from Angie's list. You will not be disappointed, especially if you can get Lucy and Blanco.

They Vacuumed a little bit but not the whole room. they swept and didn't clean the glass in the french windows. They didn't clean under my china chest. They didn't vacuum my sofa. The moved my rug and other pieces of furniture and they didn't put any of it back. My sink had debris in it where they obviously emptied a mop bucket. The didn't know how to put a duvet in my duvet cover. And the WORST thing was that they didn't speak ANY ENGLISH. Their supervisor said "we only send the English speaking maids out to our old customers not our new ones". I sincerely don't know how they got to the top of the list. I am TOTALLY DISATTSFIED with the company. I also called their supervisor when they were done and they said they would send them right back but it's been almost 3 hours now and I have not heard from them. They said for $269 for DEEP CLEANING of a large home. My home is only 1900 sqft and deep cleaning is the total opposite of what they did.
