The two ladies from the service came in on time and did a good in-depth clean and did a fantastic job of if, especially considering the last minute nature of my request for service. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Two ladies arrived. I showed them what I wanted done. I asked them to also clean the oven and that was not a problem. I have some hardwood floors so I wanted those cleaned with the right product. I had the hardwood floor cleaner material out but they said no they already brought it and it was included in the service. They worked the entire time and did a great job. My husband came home and was surprised at how great things looked, especially the oven. I would recommend them again. I did not have any communication problem with talking with the office or with communicating with the team who came to do the cleaning.

The house was spotless when they left and smelled clean.

It was fine. They did fine. They did an excellent job cleaning. Communication issues were a little bit of a challenge but it got done. There's not much English spoken. They were supposed to call us back for a quote for a regular cleaning. We never heard from them. I was told that the people who were in would provide information to the manager back at the office while they're at my house and she would call either that day or the next for a quote on the regular cleaning but that never happened. They charged as quoted. They did a great job on that activity but they failed on everything else. They never called back. The price was competitive.

I purchased an Angie's List deal for a deep clean. The company was very responsive and prompt in scheduling my cleaning. The ladies arrived on time and did an excellent job. I was really pleased with their work, and the price, and would definitely use them again.

When the date came, they didn?t show. When I called, they said they would be here at 10 am. They barely made it at 12. Two of them came and left at 1:10. I paid for 4 hours. I was surprised, in the advertisement; they received a super service award.

Needed a deep cleaning of my empty house prior to being listed for sale. Two people (a woman and a man) came to clean the house. They did not speak English, but it really wasn't necessary, and I speak a bit of Spanish. They were both very pleasant and professional, and obviously took pride in their work. They did an excellent job cleaning floors, walls, doors, sinks, tubs and so on. I paid a small extra fee ($25) for the oven to be cleaned, and I am glad I did so - inside and out, it was spotless and gleaming after the cleaning.

I hired B&B Maid Service to clean our 3,000 sq ft house after we moved out and to clean 5 rooms of carpet. We had a specific window of time to have the work and Allan was very accommodating with scheduling within the time. The women sent to clean ran late, however, when they arrived they wasted no time in getting to work. The house looked and smelled great! They cleaned the windows, baseboards, cabinets, etc. B & B even managed to get the stains out of our very old looking carpet and make it look good. Would definitely use them again!

The ladies did a great job! The bathrooms especially were well cleaned, which is important to me.

It went really well again!!! Hooray! I originally reviewed for their awesome job deep cleaning our house and we have since scheduled the provider to do bi-weekly cleanings. Seriously, the house is CLEAN. We are so happy! I feel like we completely lucked out finding this company thanks to Angie's List! Also, I forgot to leave the check out to pay for the service (I AM SO SORRY) and they still cleaned the house anyway! That's pretty fantastic and trusting. I did email them to pay for the service. The communication is great via email and they the wonderful people who clean our house are clearly experts. We couldn't be happier!

Original window was 2 to 4 pm they called and asked if they could come earlier around 1 pm. Actual arrival was 3:30 pm. I am getting the house ready to sell they worked extermely hard and efficient. They were able to get burnt on residue off my ceramic range that I had been unsuccessful to do. They had more to clean then they expected brought another resource and then they even stayed to help the carpet cleaner. This crew was great, maticulous and thourough. They did a great job and were very quick. Anything that was brought to their attention was quickly rectivfied.

I paid $179 for a Deep clean of my house. I scheduled the original appointment for a Wednesday, because I was leaving town Friday morning. My appointment "window" was from 1:00-3:00. I called at 2:00 to get a better idea of when they would be at my house since I had to go to work. They stated they would not be able to come out to my house until well after 4:00 because they were running behind on another job, so I had to reschedule for the next day, Thursday. They did not call me to tell me this, I had to call them to find this out. My house is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house which is only 1394 square feet (the service was for up to a 2000 sq. foot house). I told them they did not need to clean one of the 3 bedrooms. Most of the house was cleaned nicely. However, they did not clean my kitchen floor (tile), which is one of the 2 largest rooms in my house. They also didn't clean any of the baseboards in the kitchen. Per the service I bought, "Deep cleaning services include base boards, window sills, ceiling fans, and other high dusting with a 15 foot extension tool". They also did not dust some of my bedroom furniture (still had layers of dust on my bed). The only reason I haven't given lower marks is because I did not have time to call them back out so they could try to remedy the problem (I got home late Thursday night). They came the day before I was leaving to go out of town at 4:00 the next morning, so I did not think there was any point in calling them back a week later. I don't mind paying the fee for a deep clean if they do a thorough job. My house is very small, and I eliminated some of the work required. It was a bit difficult to communicate with the women who came to my house due to a language barrier.

Two people showed up. They spoke no English. I had to communicate with hand signals. They did a deep clean of the first floor of my house. I did not like their methods. For example, one person sprayed a chemical in my self cleaning oven to clean it, even in the convention fan part. I had never experienced that before. I had to burn the chemicals and residue off and air it out before I could cook in it. They also took some shortcuts like mopping without sweeping first. They also dropped something, I think bleach, on my carpet and now I have a quarter sized bleached spot in the carpet. The worst part was that they asked for the review to be filled out before they left. I had not noticed the oven and the carpet issues yet. I did not call the company afterward because I didn't want to do further business with them.

We had such a great experience with this company! They were able to schedule us in the same week that we ordered the Angie's List Deep Cleaning Coupon special! Ok, let me tell you - our house was FILTHY. We have been having a lot of remodeling done on the house and the contractors have been using our bathrooms to clean their equipment and whatever - the sinks were practically black. There was dust everywhere from sanding the walls and concrete from the floor leveling compound used before our floors were installed two weeks ago. I'm telling you - it was awful. Anyway, as soon as we walked in the door we could smell that wonderful clean house smell! They did an outstanding job!!!! The sinks were white, they dusted EVERYTHING, the kitchen was immaculate and everything was just SO CLEAN!!!! It was wonderful! We are going to start using them for bi-weekly cleanings. We are so happy!

I was very disappointed. We spoke the night before, and he told me to have a checklist ready and to go over everything to make sure it was done. The women he sent the next day didn't speak any English, so I was unable to communicate everything that I wanted done. They did the job, but I wouldn't consider it a "deep clean" for what I got. I expected more, and felt like I wasted money. My regular cleaning person does a better job with her standard cleaning.

I didn't think it was worth it. It was advertised as being deep clean and it was just a routine housecleaning. There was no deep cleaning about it at all. The work that they did, not up to what they advertised, was good.

After the deep clean, I scheduled regular cleanings. The scheduling did not go as smoothly as it could have but the office staff seemed nice and apologized. The cleanings are pricier than I have been use to paying but i thought the convenience and quality would outweigh the extra expense. It ended up not being a better clean nor a more convenient one. They would call to reschedule the time of arrival on the day of the clean which was inconvenient and the cleaning is more of a general wipe down than a cleaning in my opinion. There was always something being forgotten or omitted and for the price it just didn't seem worth it. I cancelled after 2 months. I am a bit of a clean freak and so my standards are high but I also think reasonable. I have since found someone else to clean and she does a great job at a good price, so I can be satisfied.

It was great. They came in and went right to work. We were very happy with the results.

I have one negative comment. The house keeper spoke virtually no English. There were a few specific things my wife wanted attended to but was unable to communicate that to her. Otherwise, she was pleasant and did a very thorough job. I will use this service again.
