I would never recommend a company that disrespects you and your time.

Everything was good. They came on time and spend close to 4 hours deep cleaning the home. 99% everything was good. only complaint that i had was - they missed to clean the vent above the kitchen. I also missed it when i looked around. I am pretty sure if i had told them, they would have done a nice job. but somehow they missed to clean that one spot . Everything was a great job and I am sure I will be using their services sometime in future too.

Amazing experience. 1f they could see it - they cleaned it. We had entire house painted and hardwood floors installed. The amount of dust was incredible. It is spotless now and they did it in record time! Ask for Guadalupe. Incredibly hard worker.

Carman arrived at 1 pm and patiently cleaned starting upstairs and moving down. She understood what was important to us and was very diligent.

Crew achieved what was promised. Appears and smells clean.

These maids are some of the best in the business. I have had a steady maid service cleaning my townhouse for years now. I decided to try out these ladies because Angies List offered a coupon deal. They did not disappoint! I noticed instantly that the place was levels cleaner than my prior maids. They covered all details of the house and I will be using them for future services moving forward. Compare them with your current maids, I guarantee you will not be disappointed in the results.

Arrived on time. Worked hard and very fast and focused.

My issues I had with them were I think they forgot they scheduled me. I was told they would be here by 8:30 but by 9:20 no one so I called and the lady who answered said she would call and check they should be on their way. She called me right back and said they should be there by 9:50. They showed up at 10:10. Then when they got here neither spoke any english at all. They had a phone that would translate but wasnt working so I had to type them my question and then they were able to translate that. We did that 2x bc I wanted to know what ll they were going to do. Then asked them how long do they think it will take. But it was taking too long to type and translate it so finally I just showed them by walking and pointing. I really liked their work they were good and fast. They were done by 2:30. But great cleaning. Just wish they spoke english so I could have explained more of what I wanted done. The lady who owns it I guess called the next day asked how it was. I told her my issues and told her they did great but said its hard when they dont speak any english. She said she had others that do so she could send them next time, and when did i want to get on the schedule. So I told her I have a regular cleaner that I use for my normal cleaning that does the same areas for $55. less. But for a deep cleaning I would for sure use them again and told her I will probably like to use them once a quarter. Next time I will have to have my husband here so he can tell them since he speaks spanish. So make sure to either ask for an english speaking person or know how to speak spanish.

VERY WELL, THEY WERE NICE AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. I HAVE BEEN DISABLED FOR ABOUT 3 YEARS. SO IT LOOKED LIKE A BACHELOR PAD. QUITE DIRTY IN SOME PLACES. THEY DID A BANG UP JOB. THERE WERE A FEW LITTLE THINGS THEY MISSED- LIKE THE TOP OF THE FRIDGE AND ONE DUSTY WALL WITH WINE RACK IN FRONT OF IT. I CALLED AND MY CALL WAS PROMTLY RETURNED. THEY CAME BACK RIGHT AWAY AND TOOK CARE OF THE REST THAT I WAS WANTING. NO REAL COMPLANTS. EXCELLENT SERVICE. I WOULD RECOMMEND B & B MAID SERVICE TO ANY ONE. HARD WORK FOR A GOOD PRICE. NICE FOLKS!

Great experience - no issues.

Everything went well. The team was responsive and cordial. We took a long time to set the appointment for various reasons and they were patient with us. They did a great job and did everything they said they would. I would definitely recommend the service.

This was our second time using there services. Excellent and very thorough. The did all cabinets, baseboards, and high places. They are always professional and always do a courtesy call to confirm which is very appreciative for our busy schedules.

Did a fantastic job which made the house look amazing. Great attention to detail. High likelihood of using their service in the future.

Well it realy wasnt a 'deep cleaning'. the cleaning person sent missed dusting in many areas and even cobwebs! For $199, just wasnt worth what was done. One cleaner showed up, spent almost 4 hours, missed things, didnt do what was claimed in the advertsiing. Would I use them again? No, not worth it for the money, I suspect I probably overrpaid for what was done, however of they had doen what they advertisied, would have been worth it. Next time I will use someother firm, don't take their offer, isnt worth it.

I was very pleased with B&B's services. While the daily and weekly cleaning is fairly kept up at our house, the non-routine cleaning like baseboards and crown molding cleaning were very, very ignored. Living in a house with four dogs baseboards can get very dirty and B&B did an excellent job addressing the issue. The carpets are ruined (thanks to my furry friends) and are being replaced in the next two weeks so I didn't ask them to vacumn but they spent their time on other areas instead. Two women cleaned the house in about 3 hours and they worked very hard. I would definitely use them again. Thanks B&B.

The cleaning went well and I was able to get it done on short notice, which I really appreciated. The housekeeper was friendly and on time. The house looked great after the cleaning. Would use them again.

They left in a hurry, did not ask me to take a look at everything. After, I found clumps of dust in and around my formal dining rm. Furniture. Also they were supposed to clean my oven, all they did was move the rack to make it look like they did it. They did not pick up things to clean under them whether on the floor or on the furniture. The tiny laundry was untouched and there were tiny spider mites all over where they should have cleaned. The manager dod not even call me until three weeks after the clean. I should have received a call the next day. Shie never offered a partial refund or for them to come back and clean those areas. I used to clean houses myself, and I had a waiting list of customers who wanted my services on word of mouth only. What a shame this so-called cleaning business is doing to others!!!

The maid arrived on time and did an outstanding job! She was pleasant, courteous, professional, and a great worker. She cleaned every surface in the house, includng windowsills, and the bathrooms sparkled.

The team arrived on time and were very friendly. They spoke very little English, but we were able to communicate fine. I showed them some areas that really needed attention i.e., under the beds etc. They were in my home about 5 hours and when I came home...what a difference! I just thought my house was clean! But, I could actually smell and see the work they had done! Every surfaced had been touched, including picture frames, TV screens, and windows. will definetley use them again! Thanks B&B!

Overall they did a good job, but I was dissatisfied with the cleaning of my hardwood floors. Neither of the ladies spoke English so it was impossible to communicate with them. I even tried to ask them if they would come back and they left without giving me contact information.
