Two people came they were on time, they cleaned the baseboards, the ceiling fans, the blinds, the bathrooms, cleaned the floors, and dusted. They also put clean sheets on the bed. They were very courteous, and fast and did a great job. I would use them again. Another service had a 80 special, but they were booked, thats why I gave a b on price. Was worth the money spent.

It went very well. The oven looked amazing after she was done cleaning it! Everything looked great and we would use this service again.

Cleaned my whole house. The employee was on time and nice. Two things though. When she started she started fast, But after a while she was on her phone on a bit longer than she should be if you are on a job plus she was kinda loud too. I wasn't too bothered until she went over her allocated time. She spoke to me about it and charged me only $15 for the extra 30 minutes. That was supposed to be tip money but o well. So far, service was just ok. I would use again but i feel I can get better.

Most of the cleaning was great. There were some doorways and light fixtures that were missed and still had cobwebs and dust. The two ladies overlooked some details and it felt rushed. They did not allow time for my wife to look over the cleaning before leaving. Professionalism get a 'C' for the unprofessional comment made about my wife because they assumed she didn't understand them talking Spanish.

The deep cleaning was great. Not so much for the weekly cleaning

I cancelled my first appt. within the 24 hour guidelines, but they showed up anyway. I rescheduled and they were very late. No one called to see how it went, which is unfortunate, because they didn't do a very good job. I've since found a very reliable company that does superior work.

It went great! This is the 3rd company that I have had clean the house. I was looking for somebody that was available Fridays and they are. Oralia has been my contact by phone. Nice and answered all my questions. Maria cleaned the house today. She was on time and was very thorough. Even cleared some spiderwebs that were in a picture window above a door that the previous 2 missed! She did not speak English but my husband speaks Spanish so this was not a problem. She is now scheduled for weekly service.

In some ways this was very good and in some ways it was not so good. They didn’t sweep or vacuum the floor. I think I was a lot of money. They didn’t do a table.

Carma did a great job. Original appointment was to begin at 8-9 am. Called Oriela and it was told it had been moved to 11-12 pm. Prefer to be informed by office of change prior!

Girl was on time, she did a great job, she was also very nice.

It was a disaster! We never knew if anyone was going to show up and we wanted the same lady to come every week but were promised one thing and given another. One housekeeper showed up 2 hours late and brought her Taco Bell to eat here.

The team showed up on time and did w wonderful job!!! Will definitely use their services again!

They did a great job. Only issue was with regards to scheduling. They told me one time and didn't get there until much later. Otherwise very pleased with their work.

I'm very happy with the job that they did. They did a phenomenal job on my home, and I couldn't be happier. I'm thinking of using them on a monthly basis from now on.

they were able to schedule me last minute which was appreciated. there was some confusion and miscommunication about scheduling between staff but it all got sorted out in a timely manner. the window they gave me was between 11-1, i was told they would call me when they were on their way(i needed to run over from the office) and i did not hear from them until 1:15 after calling both phone numbers provided twice. when i did here from them, they were at the condo, not on their way. the cleaners were difficult to communicate with and i had to call the operator to be sure they knew what i wanted them to clean. it took them 4 hours to clean a completely empty condo. the baseboards were not cleaned but everything else looked and smelled fantastic. the only reason i didn't make a big deal about the baseboards is because we are having the place painted. Overall, it was convenient and pretty well done. good enough but would look for someone different in the future.

We still needed 1 more hr to really do everything but they worked the whole time, very productive they were here 5 hrs.

Excellent service cleaned as needed dusting. Looking forward to working with them in the future.

I think they did a pretty good job. They missed a few things. Originally I'd bought from them a deep clean but then I sold the house. Then they did a cleanup for me and then I emailed them a week ago and asked them what the extra charge would be but she never responded to that other than to schedule a cleaning. Then she called me Monday morning and said that would be an extra 250 dollars. I was a little surprised. They were there no more than 6 hours and they did a fairly decent job on the blinds, they missed the chandelier in the kitchen, the base boards looked like they had been wiped down, they weren't clean. I thought I was paying a premium price for a premium job but they really didn't do what I thought they could do. They were pricey. They were very responsive. I really wasn't pleased with them at all.

Did an excellent job. We are getting our home ready to sell and they made it look great!! Thanks!

We ordered and paid for 4 hours of cleaning on their cleaning services. All was great and when they got here they did good work and left after 2 hours. Saying they did what was requested. When We tried to communicate they did not speak much english so we called the office where she did not speak much english so communicating was difficult. They said they sent two people each worked 2 hours for 4 hours. Well they did not even touch the main reason we ordered the service. So if they sent 4 people they would of left in a hour. I think 4 hours is plenty of time with whats we paid. We will not be using them again due to the fact when we called to talk it over they basically would not respond. I asked for the Contact: Allan Nascimento (972) 850-7935 [email protected] but he was on other line and after I asked to hold I was basically brushed off. I called his cell and no one answered. Basically a bait and switch!!!

Everything went well. The only challenge was that the oven cleaner was not completely removed when the ovens were finished. I turned one oven on a few days later and there was a strong chemical smell. I ended up going back in and washing and wiping the ovens and all racks down again. My ovens get little use so it was not a tough clean, but it would have been an inconvenience if I were entertaining.

This is a follow up to my original review. I gave these girls praise for the deep cleaning they performed a couple weeks ago. I brought them back to do regular cleanings and it was a complete 180. The crew that came this time rushed through everything. They moved furniture, rugs, etc. to clean around then left everything out of place. They did not empty all the trash, did not dust ceiling fans, did not even wipe down the countertops. Just standard basic cleaning tasks were left undone. I requested that they send them back today to finish the cleaning properly. I ended up coming home to a pile of dirty dishes, a sticky residue on my floors and more of the same half a$$ sloppy work. Feel like I was given the bait and switch tactic. I'm going to give them one more opportunity to clean my house properly, so there will be a follow-up to this review.

Here a little over 4 hours, worked very hard the entire time. They were one hour late but once they got here, they worked non stop. I was concerned when they didn't show up on time but then my feelings changed when I saw how hard they were willing to work in the time they had. Overall, very good job!

wonderful.. very detail cleaning. Worked fast but thorough. the only slight difficulty was that they spoke only slight amount of English, but we were able to get the points across.
