Two teams arrived late. Initial time given was 8-9 AM but crew showed ;up at 10;30 AM. Once they arrived, however, they tackled each room methodically, paying attention to every part of the room.

Ladies arrived four hours earlier than the time promised. My sister had to get ready for work so they couldn't clean her area. What work they did was okay but not a deep clean. The cost was much higher than it should have been for work done.

I have used B&B in the past for house cleaning, excellent service, deep cleaning, very detail oriented. Carmen is very good, they sent one more lady along with Carmen they both finished deep cleaning in 4 hours. Excellent service.

They were on time, worked efficiently, did a good job.

Cleaned bathroom, kitchen, tile floors, vacuumed carpets, cleaned blinds and ceiling fans.

Overall I wouldn't use them again do the lack of punctually. IF you set the window then you better be dang sure to hit it. From someone in the customer service industry, this is where you make things right. Never got an apology of any kind.

The provider's website said there would be a housecleaning team. One lady showed up. I could not speak Spanish and she could speak very, very little English. She had little or no training, example is she didn't know what product to use on what surfaces, , she had not been trained as to what tools to use, cleaned toilets and all other areas very superficially, and I could go on and on throughout the house. She was quite lost and I was not able to train her myself as we couldn't communicate. I am used to a team of maids who have been trained to clean properly. This experience was a disaster. From now on, I will use a good provider and not fall for any specials on Angie's list. How this provider got an "A" rating on Angie's Listt is questionable. To the lady's credit, she was very personable and tried very hard to understand me; She would be an excellent worker if she received good training and if she were sent only to Spanish speaking clients or if she were working under a team leader who is English speaking. .

They cleaned everything to perfection except my floors. A week or so later, I wiped a wet paper towel on the kitchen floor and it was still significantly dirty. On their next visit, I specifically asked for them to concentrate on the floors. Once again, the floor was still dirty. However, everything else was spic and span. They are punctual, cordial, and professional, and are very easy to work with.

It was fine. I had a good time and I would recommend them.

The two ladies seemed friendly and did a good job. They had to use an app to translate to communicate about a couple things but it worked.

We paid for 4 hours to clean our fairly small house; we have a 2600 square foot 2 story. I thought someone could easily clean the 2 1/2 baths, the floors, dust, and my kitchen. All the reviews said 2-3 people came to the house to clean. We had one person. I came home from work and had to clean my kitchen and floors my self. The reason I paid someone else to clean my house was because I didn't want to clean it my self. My husband works from home and said every time he saw the lady she was on her phone. At the end of the 4 hours she said sorry the time is up but you can pay for more time. Overall I give this service a D. Awful and extremely disappointing!

After trying out multiple cleaning companies, we finally found a company who lives up to its promises! We hired B&B Maids Services and scheduled a deep cleaning service. Allan Nascimento promptly responded to our inquiry, showed up at our scheduled appointment - on time - and provided great feedback about the work needed and the services he could provide. We scheduled a cleaning service within days and Rosario showed up on time and was ready to go. She was attentive, polite, and professional. She had all the right tools and products. Our cooper kitchen sink has never looked so good. The house smelled clean the moment I walked in and the hardwood floors looked amazing. Once she was done, she gave us a couple of tips for maintaining the work she had done. We are incredibly happy with the professionalism B&B Maids has exhibited and their pricing is incredibly reasonable. Thank you B&B!!!

I've been thiking about having some help for a number of years but for a variety of reasons we haven't done so or haven't been able to do so. Because of a number of things going on in our lives, unfortunately, a few regular cleaning details have gotten away from us and so there were some areas that simply took longer than others. The main focus were the common areas: kitchen, living room, and formal dining area, and 2.5 bathrooms, although one of the full baths had been recently scrubbed down before Maria came, so it didn't need near as much attention and time as the other full bath plus 1/2 bath. Even though this was a deep cleaning service, instead of all deep cleaning we had some regular cleaning things that needed doing as well, which probably allowed her the necessary time to focus on and do an excellent job deep cleaning the areas we asked her to do. Maria did an superb job in those areas and we told her we would like her to come at regular intervals so we also provided her with feedback on things that we would like her to do differently, or because of our needs, pointed out things that will need closer attention during the regular visits. She seemed genuinely appreciative of the work we had for her and was always professional and pleasant as well as responsive to our requests. My big referrral question always comes down to asking myself if I would refer that person to my mother, and in this case I am happy to say I would absolutely make that referral.

Cleaned our office, did ok.. nothing above and beyond to win me over to use them permanently. This was a promotion on AL which I assume was to create business, so it would of been in their best interest to impress us with a excellent job, not just good.
