For the price, it was a deal. Was is a "deep cleaning" as advertised? No. I have lots of surfaces and knick-knacks to dust. This was done quite quickly. Some things were done quite well, but because I wasn't paying by the hour, I felt as if they were trying to go as fast as possible. At one point, I asked how much longer they would be. I ask only b/c I had an errand to run, but I wanted to be back before they left. Neither understood what I said and had to call someone else to translate. I think they all thought I was rushing them. Pluses: For price and amount of time they spent, it was a good deal. They also tackled tough sink stains. Minuses: They missed spots that a "deep cleaning" would have done. The cleaners and I didn't speak the same language.

They did an excellent job and got our house as clean as it has probably ever been. Because of this service we are going to contract with them for bi-weekly cleanings going forward.

I have used them since then. They always do a great job. I don't have like a regular monthly but when I do have a special occasion coming up, I always call them. When I asked them to do a deep cleaning, there was an additional of $30 or $45 which they did a fantastic job. I have a 2,045 square foot house and they do it for $129.95 so I'm pretty impressed. Their responsiveness stood out. The people that they send out are friendly. I would absolutely use them again.

They were ok but found that all the kitchen counters were not wiped down & when they changed the bed linens they just laid the duvet cover on top of the bed like a sheet... didn't bother to actually insert the duvet into the cover. In the master, they didn't even take the duvet out of the cover... just took the duvet and old cover into the laundry and laid out the fresh cover on the bed. In the Master also didn't actually change the pillow cases... just put the fresh pillow case over top the old one. So very very odd

Had to ask her to go back & read both showers had to tell her to clean the ceiling fans & refrigerator doors & dishwasher door, because she didn’t clean them. Very nice to go back & redo but felt I shouldn’t have had to tell her. Show up time was 8:00 – 9:00 – she got here at 10:30 – I had to call the office looking for her. She doesn’t speak English. I will go back and touch up some areas to make sure perfect for the photographer’s that are coming in the morning smells great. Started off rocky but finished out very good.

Allan came & gave an accurate estimate, scheduling was convenient. The cleaners were early. Completed job thoroughly professional. I will be using them as a regular buis.

Bought deal for deep clean for $249. Came, did minor cleaning; made appointment to finish deep clean; they never came back. Keep emailing owner, who has yet to contact me, although I'm sure he will now. Very good Cameron is a very nice lady. She came on time, cleaned the house well.

The ladies were on time and worked very well. No breaks or stopping to chat with each other. They did a fantastic job!

Arrived within time window (2:00-4:00 pm); very friendly; some difficulty communicating; very through; performed to agreement; a little expensive (6 hrs-$190.00) but fair.

Confusion about time. Add said 6 hrs for $185. Customer did not have the information that with 2 people working, it was only 3 hours. Clarity needed in describing hour relating to number of workers. Manager worked with me and was courteous.

I called a few times and left a detailed message and no one has ever called me back! All I wanted was to set up reoccurring biweekly service with them and they have now lost money by not calling me back!

Cleaner was very efficient and very quiet. Got everything cleaned and dusted. Only problem was language. She did not understand any English, so could not be given instructions on how certain things were to be done. None of our things were that important. If you have any important instructions, you should specify English speaking.
