I scheduled deep cleaning of my house in advance of a party. I ended up cleaning behind the two ladies that came for at least two more hours. My definition of deep cleaning (and my understanding from the person who came to give me a quote): not just the straightaways, but detailed cleaning. My house (the straightaways) was deemed clean enough that a "deep" cleaning of three living areas, one bedroom, two bathrooms and a kitchen was estimated to take two people less than two hours. After a quick inspection before I let the crew of two leave uncovered shelves that weren't dusted at all. I wish I had time to scrutinize the job before they left. Among the things I discovered: the front and top of refrigerator weren't cleaned; the tile in the master shower not cleaned (still sticky shampoo under the bottles, hair left untouched on the tile); about 50 percent of the baseboards were dusted (I was told they all would be); rugs were mopped around (despite my request for all the rugs to be shaken - they should have been mopped under at least); my wood floor was cleaned with liquid wood floor cleaner after I had made it abundantly clear, to the person who did the estimate as well as the women who came to clean, that the floor was not finished and that NOTHING wet was to be put on it, that I wanted it dry dust mopped ONLY. Meanwhile, they cleaned the stove and microwave (not dirty) while overlooking the deep cleaning issues I thought I was paying for.

Staff was on time and got to work right away.

The appointment was for 10-12 arrival & no one showed up until 1:15 once they were here, they were very professional & did a good job.

She arrived early (which was hire) and was very respectful. She got to work immediately and cleaned the floors and bathroom and kitchen reasonably priced would ask for her again.

The services were excellent at the beginning. Then I started to have issues with certain workers so they owner sent me another team to my home. That when I notice $60 was stolen of my daughter's piggy bank. I had always asked the company to do certain little things around the home and they would never consistently complete the task. The workers would also always leave the job early.

The maids arrived on time and were very courteous. They performed a stellar job--the two most diligent and thorough maids (from any company) to ever clean my house. I will absolutely hire them again.

It was okay. I wouldn't call them again. There were two cleaners that came out for four hours. The house was empty. They needed to sweep and mop floors. They needed to clean windows and counters. It was pretty easy but I thought they did a good job. I ended up going back later wiping out more cabinets and doing more. They were good but they were not great. They were on time. They did work. One of them spoke English so that was good. They were fine. I wouldn't call them again. It wasn't that they were bad or lazy. It was an empty house so I expected for them to do spic and span work. I thought the price was very good. She did return my call promptly and scheduled the service promptly. They were on time.

The lady who came to do the work arrived promptly and was very pleasant. I was somewhat challenged by trying to communicate with her in English but we managed. She was quite industrious and kept busy the whole 4 hours with only a quick break about half way through. I would hire her again.

It was okay. I don't think it was great because it was for a house that we were selling. The people that were buying it weren't happy with it. The people that were buying the home were not pleased. They do not think that they did a good job cleaning, It cost me an issue dealing with that.

I hired them for a flat rate to deep cleaning for three hours. They did an excellent job and were very responsive to my requests for cleaning under the countertops.

I purchased the offer for a deep house cleaning service here on Angie's List. B & B Maids Service, Inc. promptly contacted me to schedule a time to clean. I chose Friday, March 11th between 2p and 4p. The cleaners showed at 3p and cleaned thoroughly for 2 hours. I am impressed with the level of cleaning I received. I would recommend B & B Maids Service, Inc. to anyone looking for housekeeping. They did such a nice job that I decided to hire them on a bi-weekly basis. Thank you, B & B for your professionalism.
