Description of Work: Despite some negative reports about the lack of appointment follow through, I scheduled an appointment with Irma for 6 p.m on a Friday. I called the day before to confirm. 6 p.m on Friday came and went--Irma neither kept the appointment nor did she call to cancel. She called the following week to see if I wanted her to clean for me. I politely declined......

 + -1 moreIRMA AND HER COLLEAGUE WERE TIMELY AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY DID A GREAT JOB. THE CUSTOMER, HOWEVER PROVIDES THE CLEANING PRODUCTS. I THOUGHT THIS WAS DIFFERENT, BUT IRMA WARNED ME IN ADVANCE. THEY BRING CLEANING RAGS/TOWELS.

 + -1 moreIRMA WAS GREAT! SHE AND HER HELPER CLEANED OUR ENTIRE CONDO TIL IT SPARKLED. SHE CLEANED EVERYTHING INCLUDING THE REFRIGERATOR, ALL THE CABINETS, THE GARAGE, OUR OUTSIDE STAIRCASE, AND EVEN OUR FIREPLACE. THE CONDO LOOKED PERFECT WHEN SHE LEFT, AND WE ARE READY TO PUT THE CONDO ON THE MARKET. IRMA WAS ABOUT 30 MINUTES LATE, BUT SHE DID SUCH A GREAT JOB THAT THE SMALL DELAY WAS CERTAINLY WORTH IT.
Description of Work: WE HAVE A TWO BEDROOM, ONE BATH CONDO THAT WE EMPTIED IN PREPARATION FOR MOVING. WE ASKED IRMA TO CLEAN THE CONDO, SO WE COULD PUT THE CLEANED CONDO ON THE MARKET.

SHE RESPONDED QUICKLY, HOWEVER, IT DID TAKE HER SEVERAL DAYS TO COMPLETE THE WORK AS SHE NEEDED TO WORK ME IN AROUND HER CURRENT SCHEDULE (I WANTED IT DONE THAT WEEKEND WHILE THE REST OF THE FAMILY WAS OUT OF TOWN). SHE ARRIVED EACH DAY WHEN SHE SAID SHE WOULD, AND WORKED DILIGENTLY DURING THE WHOLE TIME. I PLAN TO EVENTUALLY HAVE REGULAR SERVICE AND AM COMPARING SERVICES TO MAKE A DECISION. SHE IS DEFINITELY ONE AT THE TOP.

ASIDE OF THE BASICS, SHE ALSO CLEANED DOOR FRAMES, INTERIOR WINDOWS, INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR OF ENTRY DOORS, CEILING FANS, POLISHED WOODWORK/PANELING, WIPED DOWN BASEBOARDS, CABINETRY, CLEANED THE REFRIGERATOR, BUT SHE DOESN'T DO DISHES, PUT UP TOYS OR CLOTHING, BUT DOES WASH AND CHANGE BEDDING AND TOWELS.
