Exceptional customer service. They installed my new furnace and coil on July 4 at no extra charge. We were without air-conditioning and I called them at 7 oâ clock in the evening on July 3. Randy is spectacular to work with. If Iâ m not mistaken he owns the company.

My air condenser was making a weird noise. They were able to come out the same day. Turns out, it was off balance (I think the roofers knocked it off of its base) and was easily fixed.

As usual for 1st Class Heat & Air, the serviceman was neat and did his job quickly and quietly. The technician put forth extra efforts to look at a minor misbehavior and resolve it. I have used their services for about two years now and I feel that I have received courteous and capable service on each visit. The office personnel are also quick to resolve appointments and are very courteous and friendly.

Great on time response and providing the services

My AC of 24 years quit on June 23rd, a Sunday. I used Home Advisor as I always do and received a phone call from First Class Air immediately. A servicemen was here within 30 to 40 minutes and of course I needed a new AC- purchased Lennox and my unit was installed by midnight. I will definitely use them in the future- hope I do not but I highly recommend them!

Amazing cust service! 1st class service

Service person was prompt & professional. Parts broken were shown to me & replaced. No high pressure sales pitch.

Avoid them, complete rip off business. Technician put unnecessary amount of freons and overcharges no way of knowing how much there was and how much they put in especially after saying the unit didn't need one. They threaten to dump the freons after the hard work technician put in worst way to run business I have seen in my life. Charge was $300 + service fee. I called Office and owner was rude, laughing and telling me not to call them again as they blocked my call lol.

Replaced TXV valve and 3/8 liquid line filter. Work was done quickly. All technicians were knowledgeable and answered all questions. Very pleasant office staff and easy booking. Didn’t try to up sell like some of the larger companies that you see on TV
