Kinda costly, but good job and great customer service.

My service person John D, was prompt, courteous, thorough and above all, honest. Did the work I asked, did not try to squeeze me for unneeded parts or services. Their prices were reasonable and customary...I will use them again. I had 2 units serviced, a/c drainage pipes cleared and filters changed.

We have used 1st class air for several years. The technician that we always ask for is John. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Heâ  s great and we will always call and ask for him! Superior customer service!

They provided exceptional service at a great price. I will use them for all of my service and major repair needs. They have low overhead and you are not paying for television ads like the other guys. It shows in the price you paid but the quality is exceptional. I used to be responsible for HVAC as the Chief Engineer on two navy ships and know these systems. This is a great company.

The young man that came out was very professional and helpful. He did what he could to help and even used a wet vac to get as much water as possible but I need a plumber to actually snake the pipe to fix the water issue.

They figured out my air conditioning problem quite quickly. They charged me a very fair price I would definitely use them again

If u need someone in a crisis these guys are fast came within the hour (I have two little kids) and had the extra parts to repair the unit on site on a Saturday evening.
