I was very happy with the service we received. They followed up with me regarding the service I had initially requested. I was able to set up an appointment for same day service. After the tech assessed the system, it turned out what had been recommended by a competitor wasnâ t necessary. He only completed the necessary services needed to get my a/c back on track and saved me quite a bit of money. Happy customer here.

The call to HomeAdvisor was answered immediately. I accepted the 1st call that came through. Given this Hot weather I had expected that I might have to wait on a queue for a day or two, but the problem was fixed within 6 hours of me placing the call. The lower floor was up to 83 degrees, the outside in the mid 90's headed toward 100 or more. Now at 3 pm the house is down to an 81 very comfortable, only 4 hours after the workman's arrival.

1st Class responded promptly, and had a tech at the house the same morning, and on time as promised. Tech was professional and polite, went right to work, and fixed the issue in about an hour.

Best decision we've ever made with doing business with 1st Class Heat & Air. They have delivered professionalisms and quality service to myself and all who I have recommended (parents, sister, and a realtor friend) prior to us switching over to this company. In fact, our realtor friend highly recommend her clients when work is needed. 1st Class have been genuinely nice and courteous every time we have any dealings with them. We recently encountered an issue with our 5 1/2 yrs old unit so their technician made several trips out to our house which we feel terribly bad since we recently start using 1st Class. Each time we call and come out, they have been super nice and fair. Can't ask for more... Thank you!

Chris was knowledgeable and provided me with is initial assessment but did not want to conclude issue until he fully vetted the AC system. After he performed his maintenance the AC was back to normal. He gave me positive recommendations for both AC systems to keep them running longer and more efficient. Overall this was a great experience and appreciate the directness, honesty and not trying to sell me something I knew we did not need. Would provide them as a service provider to others.
