The tech Ben was very nice and explained everything he was doing.

The technician was very professional and explained everything that needed to be done very clearly. Price was good and work done correctly.

Billy H. was great replaced needed parts and explained why and showed me the removed parts against the replacements. Extreme attention to detail pointed out parts will need to be replaced next verified the safety of the entire systems. Found an issue where insulation was obstructing one of the fans and corrected it. We will definitely recommend and use this company again.

Performed routine maintenance and offered suggestions based on my needs. Didn't push for more service. Wes was very friendly and knowledgable.

They were quick to respond and quick to fix the issue. The only reason I gave them 3 stars for the value is because I have nothing to compare it to. I don’t know if they charged me way over or just the right price. I’m not familiar enough with this kind of work to know the difference. I’m hoping they gave me a great deal!!

Only time will tell if my heater problem is solved. The unit hasn't cut off since the tech left and the room temp has only risen 4 degrees. It's better than it was, however. It is no longer freezing in here. A follow up trip was necessary but Randy went out of his way to make sure the job was done to my satisfaction. I am sold on this firm and have recommended them to others. I called them back to do a Spring unit check before it was time to turn on the AC and will be calling them in the future.

Excellent Service. My A/C stopped blowing cold air. Within minutes of requesting a quote via Home Advisor, I received a call to book an appointment. The service engineer was at my house within an hour and fixed the issue in 15mins. Extremely courteous and informative. This is the second HVAC company I've hired in a month and I'd definitely reuse 1st Class Heat & Air again.

Liked that they provided 2 hour service windows, called before sending the technician, and he arrived promptly. Repaired mistakes made by another company.

When it comes to air conditioner service, same day service for a very reasonable price is actually priceless. The problem was evaluated, recommendation was given with options, and the unit was up and running the same day. I would recommend this company to anyone with air conditioner or heater problems.
