Description of Work: Frank came and sprayed for bugs - he sprayed inside our home and outside. He was very quick, thorough, he explained what to expect, was incredibly professional and friendly. We will absolutely be using his services again. What a nice man!

Description of Work: Completely gutted my existing attic insulation and replaced with a more rodent resistant material after totaling making the house critter proof by plugging holes, installing roof cages, caulking weep holes, etc. also gave me a lifetime, transferable warranty.

Description of Work: The technician was very professional and I was happy with the service. I had been seeing some critters before the spray and have only sen dead ones since (but only 1-2). The cost was better than other companies I called AND they dont lock you into a contract but rather give you an agreement for locked in pricing if you use them again. This is more for my own learning curve - not having to spray before (we lived in Colorado and Oregon whre there are no bugs) I recommend you wipe down your baseboards before they come as you cant do it when the spray is on there until right before they come again.

 + -1 moreMy technician, Rowland, arrived on time. He was very mannerable, professional, and knowledgable. He treated the interior of my home. It took less than thirty minutes. After talking it over with Rowland, I decided to also have the exterior of my home treated. It was too wet that day, but he said that he would come back as soon as it was dry enough for him to spray. He said that I didn't need to be at home when he came back. A few days later, he did come back and spray the exterior, and he left a notice letting me know that he had come by. The treatment worked beautifully. I haven't seen an ant since that first treatment. Roaches weren't a problem for us; however, we would see one occasionally. But since the first treatment, we haven't seen a roach either. I'm now on a quarterly schedule. Critters of TX has done a second treatment, and the experience was just the same - excellent!
Description of Work: I had indoor and outdoor extermination performed. I originally called for the extermination of the newly discovered Raspberry Crazy Ants that had infested my master bathroom. After numerous unsuccessful attempts at exterminating them myself with over-the-counter products, I called for a professional to handle it. After inspecting the area, the technician explained that it would be extremely beneficial to also do the exterior of the home because these ants like to build beds inside the foundation.

They come when they say they will and will give a reminder call. If you have any issues they give you up to a month to let them know and they will re-spray for free.

They are very knowledgeable and they use safe products for my children and animals which makes me feel very good. I will continue to use them in the future and I have even recommend them to friends and neighbors.
Description of Work: They provide pest control for my home. I have used them since I've moved to Houston, for years and years. They provide a quarterly service that includes everything. In one home I used them for termites, mice in my attic, trapping a raccoon, and recently I had an enormous hornets nest in a plant that they took care of too! They were able to tell me what kind of hornet it was, how to get rid of it, and how long it would take. They did have to come back the next day since it was larger than he anticipated, but he took care of it.
