I wanted my carpet freshly cleaned for Christmas celebration. When the cleaners left, the carpet seemed squishy wet. They assured me it would be dry in 24 hours, since it was damage and rainy outside. As a result, it was three days later. We called twice and were told it was the weather. At that point, we had to walk on the carpet while still damp, 3 days later!!! No offer was made to help speed up the process, ie wet vac or dehumidifier. So no, I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY
