Dryer vent was cleaned in 5 minutes or less The cost was ridiculously high 125.00! Aeron Gonzalez was the technician that performed the job I will never used this company again. Ridiculous and untrustworthy.

I was a bit of a rube once the cleaner showed up, agreeing to Scotch-guarding when it was offered but not asking the cost. I figured if it was going to change the final cost substantially, he would say so. But no. So I was annoyed to discover it nearly doubled the cost. My bad. But when I noticed the following day that Excel had apparently dumped the dirty water from my rig and upholstery cleaning on my textured driveway and that the dried lint and dirt adhered to the crevices and had to be scraped off by hand, that had been unexpected. I was no longer annoyed just at myself for not asking about the extra fee for scotch-guarding, but also at Excel for leaving me with an outdoor mess to clean up.

Excel did a wonderful job. I'm completely satisfied with the service. The technicians were friendly and professional. Would highly recommend.

Aeron Gonzalez is a pro and conducts himself as such. His price was reasonable... about half way between the most expensive bid I had and the cheapest .... He will do you a good job.

Aeron steam cleaned my carpet, tile & brick floors - and sealed the brick & tile. Very professional and the floors look sooo much better.

the young man was very nice, he clean a fabric chair & a recliner i had purchase from an Estate sale. i asked if he clean underneath the recliner and he said he did which i do believe he did but not good enough. after he left my husband & daughter checked under the recliner and found a couple of spider webs & dog hair so evidently he didnt go deep enough under the chair.
