Excellent cleaning service; and Excel did not try to up-sell me. I did have them do a few extra pet spot treatments which I thought were needed. Quick service and they worked with me on schedule.

Aeron does not know how to quote over the phone. When I talked with him I told u that I just bought a 5000 square foot home. And that I wanted the entire house to be cleaned to include the air ducts. I told him non-specifically that the home was 5000 square feet and mostly tile. That the only carpet in the house was the bedrooms upstairs, 2 hallways and the closets in the master bedroom. He gave me an estimate between $1200 and $1500. Seemed like a fair price. Now I read the reviews before I decided to hire them, so I knew that when he came he was going to Up sell me the Pet Treatment and all that. I saw that coming. But, for some

They were on time, did the job quickly and were affordable. I chose them because he was able to give me an estimate over the phone, with the basic sq footage to clean the grout in my kitchen and utility. The floors look great. I would highly recommend this company

Aeron was very professional and courteous. He contacted me immediately after I submitted a quote request and came to my house a few days later. He did up-sell me on a pet deodorizer, but fully explained why he thought this product was necessary. I appreciated him taking the time to do a thorough inspection of my carpet prior to cleaning. My carpet took a little longer to dry than expected, but Aeron explained that he used more cleaner than normal. I highly recommend Excel Quality Cleaning Service!!! My house looks and smells great!
