Aaron did a great cleaning my tile grout. I would highly recommend his service.

I had never sealed my tile 7 years ago when it was first installed. Considering the stains in the grout and the overall grime buildup, they did an awesome job; they stream cleaned and sealed my big kitchen tile floor. Can't beat the price, showed up on time, quick, friendly. Happy customer.

We also had Excel come out the next week and clean our carpet and tile floor. My house looks great. They were on time and extremely professional. The quote for the work was exact and within budget. We would hire them again to clean our couches, carpet and tile.

I specifically asked on the phone when I called if the price quoted covered all the services I needed done. But after they arrived I was told a number of additional fees that would be charged -- like treating the carpet for pet stains, providing Scotchgard, etc. And although my husband had them do some additional dining room chairs, we were charged for them even though the stains did not actually come out. I probably would have called another firm for pricing if they had told me all the additional charges. They did come promptly and do a good job.

They were very professional and thorough. Will recommend to others.

The room I had cleaned and odor treated was a very small room approx 11x13 and I asked them to odor treat a rug about a 5x6 and was charged $175! I have used many carpet cleaning companies in the past during my years of property management and this is the price I would pay for a small apartment not one room. I will never call to use them again.
