Once done, the carpet looked great; the coffee stains were gone. But once dried, some resurfaced. Called. He said, no problem, I'll be back out and get rid of the remainders.

Aaron was very prompt and courteous. We discussed treating our carpet for cat odors and agreed to it, however, it did not work. It was a solution he sprayed on top of the carpet after it was cleaned. Supposed to have enzymes that eat the bacteria. We also discussed and agreed to having our kitchen tile and grout cleaned and sealed. He spent maybe twenty minutes doing this. There is still dirt under all of my cabinets. He used a big buffing like machine to clean the floor and then sprayed a solution. I would not pay for this service (tile work) or recommend having him do it again. Not much attention to detail.
