Cleaned the vents, ductwork, air conditioner coils, kitchen tile floor and sealed the tile and grout. They were quick and neatly completed their work. I could immediately tell the difference in the quality of the air in my house. They did an excellent job.

The team was courteous, on time and worked quickly. The vents and ducts were all cleaned. As they were packing up I remembered a chair that needed cleaning. They took their equipment back out, cleaned it and when I asked how much, they told me to just give them a tip if I wanted to. Very nice! I'd use them again for sure.

Excel did a great job - showed up on time, did the work in a timely manner, and cleaned up after themselves. They even washed my dirty air vents. I'm going to have them back out to clean my tile next!
