They explained vert well the problem we were facing.

Arrived on time and the service was excellent. Carpets looked like new once they were finished! Price was reasonable as well.

Very polite and professional and did a fine job. It took much less time to clean our carpets than normal, but was much more expensive than I'm used to and the carpets were much much wetter than normal. It is taking forever for them to dry.

We could have done the same job cleaning the tile and grout, with a bucket of water and a brush. we hired them thinking our grout would be like new and white. All the dirty water while they cleaned actually seeped over to the grout and got it dirty. When they finished they excuse for not making the grout white, was that the original installers didn't seal it. We would have never paid $250 for this!!!!! They over promise then make excuses when they under deliver.... Very pissed off.....

Came out when said and are very happy with the work.

Did not reattach dryer vent or move dryer back. Left it for my husband. He could easily have done it all and saved $140.

Called at 9:00 a.m. Showed up at 10:30 and finished at 12:00.

It ended up being a little more expensive than I originally planned but I did have Aaron scotch guard all areas treated. I loved that Aaron contacted me immediately via voice mail and text. He totally worked around my schedule. Carpets look great.

I was quoted a base price of $125.00.my bill was for $550.00 i was charged an additional $150.00 for pet stains and another $150.00 for stain guard. My area rug that got cleaned became discolored. The pet stains are still apparent after cleaning .cleaning company agreed to come back for the stains. I hired home advisor as a test before getting my bathroom redone, but I am now having second thoughts about hiring your company for future services.

The price that I was quoted inilaly for the service did not include the tax.So after Exel completed the work and quoted m ed a different price total I wasnt too happy.
