Aaron was very nice and professional. He called and arrived on time and explained what he was going to do. He did not try to hard sell or up sell his products or his services. I have had that experience with other companies in the past. He did let me know what other services that his company provided and I will be calling him in the near future. Thanks a bunch!

Not quite as attentive to details as I would have expected. Had unknown type of soiling on sofa....he did not address or mention being aware of it and was not as helpful in relocating sofa as I would have expected....

Excellent equipment; they cleaned three area rugs by steam which saved a lot of money and one shag carpet which didn't turn out as well because of its thickness. Thanks Aaron and Xavier.
