Jeff and his guys did an excellent job. Would not hesitate to use them again

I've used Jeff a few times now & feel it's the best money I've spent on any type of cleaning service. Easy to communicate with via phone & text. Easy to schedule & reschedule due to rain. This was the first time I had the light fixture cleaned in the foyer. Well worth the $20 since I know I can't reach it & it won't need to get done that often. Overall great job. Will continue to use them & highly recommend to others!

I think I have between 25 and 30 windows. They cleaned the windows and removed, cleaned and reinstalled the solar screens on the south and west facing windows. Over time some of the screws had been lost so the owner told me what was needed in order to secure them back in place. I made a quick dash to pick up new screws since they didn't have these on their truck and they replaced all of the screws. The owner cleaned all of the insides while his two workers cleaned the outsides and the screens. I thought it was a nice touch to have only one person inside. They did a great job - in fact I'm still impressed when I find myself gazing out. That's a clear sign I went a little too long. This was the most I've ever paid for this service but like I said it's been a while so maybe it's what it costs now. I was given the price per window/screen over the phone when we set the appointment so there were no surprises. I was pleased with the manner in which the work was done, the feedback on window conditions as well as the results and I would use this company again. With attention to one small detail I would say that they provided a superior, full-service job and are worth the cost. The exception is that they left the used screws and some packaging materials on the patio where the wind blew them around. Simple enough to correct.

Went great. Two guys showed up, one worked on the outside while the other was on the inside at the same time. We did a walk through first to make sure which windows would be cleaned and they went to work. Went smoothly and windows looked great afterwords. Very Happy. I'm so sorry I didn't get this review posted sooner, we were getting our home ready to go on the market.

We were charges extra since we have windowes with multiple panes. I think that should have been mentioned in the price offer.

Ace cleaned my windows this past week and they did a great job! They were prompt, professional, and friendly. This is a local family business and it was a father/son team with one cleaning inside while the other cleaned outside. I don't know what they use, but my windows were filthy and now they look amazing. I had always tried to clean my windows myself, but with 45+ windows and doors I finally gave up. I wish that I had used them before now. In addition to cleaning the windows, they also clean the screens. I also had them clean a couple of light fixtures that are large and difficult to get to. And there was no mess of any kind when they left - no drips, no debris, nothing. I have some windows with broken seals (some worse than others) and didn't think they would look much better. Trust me. They do. After so many years, there was such a build up of dirt and I couldn't tell how bad (or good) the seals were on the windows. Now I see that I don't have as bad of a problem with the seals as I thought. It was DIRT! Ace also cleans gutters. I'll be having them back out after the leaves fall to take care of that!

Due to a scheduling conflict they were unable to perform services. They did do their best to work with me, but it just didnt work out at this time.

Jeff and son are true professionals. They were punctual, efficient, and very pleasant. They left our windows spotless. They deserve an A++.

Amazing! My windows look like new. Jeff was professional and punctual, and the quality of his work was superb. He gave a good quote prior to starting the work. We couldn't have asked for more.

I called Jeff for an estimate. He was able to come out about a week later to clean my windows. He called when he was on his way and arrived a little earlier that promised. He removed all the screens, cleaned inside and out and cleaned the tracts. He even adjusted a couple of windows that wouldn't open easily. He was very friendly. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Approx 24 hours ago: Wanted bid to do my windows. Left detailed msg on the provider's voice mail system. Provider has not called back at all.

I have used this company for twenty years and they great people. Usually two to three people come out to clean the windows. It takes them one hour and a half to two hours. They clean the entire windows for my house and that's about 26 windows. I would tell family and friends that obvious if I've used them for twenty years that I must have liked them.

Jeff came to my home gave me the price and jumped right into doing the work. He and his team did a very good job and the windows look fantastic. He also pointed out some broken seals that I will have to fix. I will definitely use them again in the future.

The did an excellent job with both the pressure washing and window cleaning. The eves and gutters look like new. The windows are so clean and nice looking. They were very dirty before. I would highly recommend Jeff to any one.

Company was great! Showed up right on time and made every window look terrific... I was amazed at how clean they were! Cleaned out the gutters and also cleaned light hanging in the entry way. Will definitely use again in the future!

If there was a rating above an "A", I would give it! It's almost impossible to find a window cleaner who is not only very professional and friendly, but to be as thorough as Jeff is too! He cleans inside the tracts and removes all the dirt around the window surface. I've used him on some of my rental properties, but this is the first time at my personal residence. When he called to confirm our appointment, I told him that I had to leave to go downtown for a meeting at 2:30. Jeff and his helper arrived around 1:45, and they were not quite done with the inside when I had to leave. I told Jeff to please lock the front door and go out the back when they were done, and left them inside my home. This is not something I ever do, and was reluctant, but I had to go to this meeting. Needless to say, but NOTHING was missing and everything was locked up as instructed. Jeff and his team are professional, courteous, and HONEST (and that's a hard thing to find these days.) Thank you Jeff, I will continue using you as long as you are providing your services!

I called yesterday. Jeff gave appointment for today morning. He was right on time. Did the job perfect and pointed out 3 busted seals in the windows and provided info that they were covered under warranty. Very professional and friendly. Did an awesome job.

Jeff was very responsive to my request, in fact I flaked out and missed the first appointment and he promptly rescheduled. He was on time and gave me an on the spot estimate that was within my budget. After a couple hours he and his team had cleaned not only the windows but the screens and sills. I had forgot to ask him about the garage windows, but as it turned out he did them without bothering me. I basically gave him free rein of the house and he did what needed to done. Also he pointed out where my windows were damaged; where the builder cleaning crews scratched the window to where the window seals had failed and needed replacing. Very good work with a professional service that I will recommend to anyone!

I arranged an appointment with Jeff for 12:00pm on Thursday (today). We made arrangements to be at home for the appointment. At 12:10pm, I got a call from Jeff saying that due to 40mph winds, he and his crew couldn't do the work at my house today. I work about half a mile from my house and looked outside when he called and saw that there appeared to be nothing more than a light breeze (leaves on the trees were barely blowing). When I pointed this out, he said that he could try, but that he and his crew were at another job and would have to be at least an hour late to the appointment and implied that it might take longer. I understand not wanting to be on a ladder when it is windy outside, but based on my own observation, it was clear that wind was not the issue. Instead, it was clear that they had booked another job and so was not able to do my job. If wind really was a problem, I would have expected a call before the appointment, rather than getting a call after I had already gone home to meet them. I relied on the positive reviews on Angie's list, and am very disappointed by the performance.
