I had a broken pipe underneath a tree route. They came in and dug a hole to the left and the right after quoting me $150 to fix the leak with bypassing the break They were looking for the direction of the water flow and found that the water was coming from under the sidewalk. Once that was discovered the price went up another $100. The bypass was installed a II s discussed before the price increased. Nothing more was performed to qualify the increase of fee. I feel I was overcharged because of the opportunity that I was in a bad spot.

Jake was patient as I asked a lot of questions. He identified and resolved the issue pretty quickly. Kaitlyn was also very helpful and courteous when attempting to schedule the visit. Will keep their number in case I need future repairs.

They came out very quickly and fixed the issue at hand. Unfortunately, my sprinkler system has not worked since they fixed the valve.

Mr. Paul Stoltenberg (owner) was friendly and knowledgable of his trade. His pricing was on the high side, (when compared to other bids that I had received) but I trusted his professionalism. We moved into a new house and discovered that the irrigation system was a mess. Broken pipes, broken wires, and poor coverage. SOS to the rescue! They did a fantastic job. They had to come back out for a small problem and came right away and took care of it. Highly recommend them!

SOS Sprinkler was very responsive to my request. A nice lady contacted me and the next day a crew was onsite when they said they would be. There prices was fair (lower than most) and did not try to nickel and dime me for every little thing. The crew assessed my entire system and made repairs to three areas in which lines were damaged due to some construction. They took time to show me what was going on and did a great job of not destroying my yard. I highly recommend this company and I will use them again.
