The manager Paul tried to resolve the problem with me on the phone in troubleshooting. He was courteous, patient, and has a lot of knowledge. After 20 minutes on the phone we agreed we needed an on site evaluation. Jack the field rep called to confirm the appointment and was very effective on his assignment. The company has state of the art equipment and provides value to the job. I felt they had high integrity and excellence in their services. I have finally found a dependable, honest, and customer caring service got our sprinkler and drainage. Thank you fir a job well done!!!

Jake was great. He was quick and let me know if an issue would add to the cost and provided an option. That shows someone you can trust. I do not give out recommendations easily but this one is great.

The technician (Jake) was great! Took time to explain my system and the work needing to be done. I did not shop around for estimates. I had a leak in the system to fix right away; did not have time as I had to wait a week just for this estimate. Never had maintenance on my system (10 years) so the overall estimate was much more than I anticipated and I could only afford a few fixes. These fixes were done well. I was a little disappointed to hear that the cost of the estimate was not credited toward the final bill like most service providers do. Thanks to Jake's explanation, I will schedule maintenance for next year, but may shop around for better price.
