Called quickly, came out the next day, took care of my problem in the same visit. I really don't know the value because I didn't shop this service around. I have no idea if what I paid was competitive or not.

Lee was the only contractor on the list that responded to my request. He came out the next day to determine what needed to be done and returned the following day to perform the job. I was very pleased with his work and especially so when he advised me that I really didn't need the major expense of a complete repair when what he did was sufficient for a long time to come. All in all, I was very pleased.

CAPS gave us an expensive quote for the backyard, at which stage we asked them for a separate quote to stop the water leakage. Their work was incomplete so we had to bring them back the next day, by which time water was pouring under our house. The same contractor who promised us to "warranty" his job asked my wife for more money and when she refused to pay him for finishing the job he started swearing in Spanish. When I called his boss, he did not even let me finish a sentence without interrupting and flat out told me they are done with us. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL REGRET IT.

This company was way overpriced. Quote was for over $300. I had to pay a $65 trip / diagnostics charge and turned down the work quoted. I went to sprinkler warehouse and bought the complete valve and just used the upper portion / diaphragm for $13.00. Removed 4 screws replaced the part and system tested fine. I kinda feel this company wants to charge rates for the area one lives in and looks to take advantage of the lesser informed.
