Being in the property investment business for over 40 years I must admit I do set the bar pretty high for expectations. They have met and exceeded those expectations.

Installed pullouts in my outdoor kitchen. So far so good on the install and the handling of the drawers. One drawer was cut out differently than the others but he still made it work. Not what I wanted but for my outdoor kitchen, it works ok. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

Overall we were quite happy with them. Our wall Wasnâ t exactly straight Side to side so the cabinet was too wide but we found an easy solution. Also I didnâ t know enough to tell him that I would have wanted the top cabinet over the sink without a window to be longer than the microwave cabinet to be more useable.

Job was completed on the day that was quoted. Quality of work very satisfactory. Price very reasonable compared to other cabinet makers.

We wanted to create a home office/library in our home. Alvarez Cabinets were professional and provided exactly what we wanted. We love our new office space.

Communication is a slight issue. The project took longer than expected. They told us they would tear out our cabinets one day and start installing the next day. In reality, it was almost a week later that they started installing. It was hard to go without a kitchen sink for a week. The Granite installers were very hard to communicate with. Our issues with residue left on the granite was finally taken care of after 3 complaints. Attention to Details could be a little better, our cabinets were installed with pencil marks showing, They were sanded off after we complained, but they should have noticed that and removed them before they were finished. Juan and Martha were great responding to our issues, Overall, we would recommend them and would hire them again for future projects.

Juan Alvarez made custom cabinets for my laundry room. I had a n unusual design request which was managed without difficulty. Even though Juan speaks little English his coworkers are fluent English speakers so it was not an issue. All in all, a very courteous family owned business that delivered a quality product fast and at a very reasonable price. What more could you want? I'll call Juan back for more work and refer my friends.

Juan refaced my kitchen cabinets and they are BEAUTIFUL! Half the cost of Home Depo. Now he is building an island for the kitchen. Great family to work with!
