I used Manny to paint the inside of my house and put in new baseboards in my house. He did a great job coupled with an amazing quote I would recommend Manny to anyone. Only minor thing is to remind him to use his cover sheets, but with that said he will still be the first person I call for my next project.

I liked Manny - he is very busy and he fit me in - Runs a bit late but does good work - and gets the job done as promised.

Mr. Manny Rosales is a punctual, hard-working individual. He and his crew showed up when he said they would. Manny took care of painting the interior and exterior of our house. We did not realize that his company did pressure cleaning and painting of both our roof and fence. My husband thought we installed a new fence when he saw the job completed by Mannyy's Construction . Our roof is turning out wonderful. Other paint contractors came to give us a quote and we were told the only interior space they are responsible for painting are the walls. Manny's quote included baseboards, ceilings, doors and closets.

Manny showed up on-time (not something we're used to in South Florida) and in very short order did a wonderful professional job.

Manny was honest, personable, reliable and delivered quality work.

MANNY is the absolute height of kick assery!! This guy rocked the house hardcore and I wouldn't use anyone else after Manny's Construction... the Day Manny came by to give us estimates on 3 jobs, he showed up promptly, on time, friendly, and best of all he didn't stink! I had 3 estimates from prior contractors hidden in my pocket, he beat every estimate by 20%. Manny and his crew came in ready to get the job done; with keen attention to detail, prioritizing safety, they did a superb job installing our doors, drywall, and paint job. Manny's Construction does it all... I'll never need another maintenance guy... Manny is our guy!

At the time I hired Manny, we were pre-screening painters and hiring drywall finishers. Manny said he could do both. We hired him for the drywall finishing, and decided if we liked the job done on that, we would hire as a painter. The drywall was only an adequate job, with much finish work still needed. I think he wanted to do a good job, but did not have the attention to detail necessary. He was satisfied with "OK" work. He was very messy, even after repeated requests to cleanup at the end of the day. Sunflower seeds and soft drink cans were left everywhere. He underbid job and ran long on time.

We had several quotes from Servicemagic pros but found Manny handled our quote most professionally. We decided to ask him to take on the job and we are delighted to say that we made correct decision as Manny and his team had lived up to every expectation we had for them. They did an excellent job removing our popcorn ceilings and then covering them with a layer of smooth and immaculous paint. Manny and his team took pride in their job and treated our house as if it were their own. We have no reservation whatsoever recommending him to our friends and relatives alike. I hired Manny to patch holes on drywall, paint interior rooms and paint interior and exterior doors. Manny and his crew did a very poor job. They did not use drop clothes on floors. Paint drippings on ceramic tiles, laminated floors, lamp shade and several personal belongs. I pointed-out spots on walls, that needed touch-up. The walls and trim had paint drippings and missed spots. The walls had one one coat of painting. Walls looks terrible. I am very diappointed with Manny's paint job. I do not recommend them to do any paint job. Very sloppy workers, paint on everything.

Manny was very knowledgeable and was able to complete the project in a VERY impressive timeframe. Honest and hardworking.
