Manny was great to work with. He came same day and got the job done. He went above and beyond what we agreed on. Very pleased with the quality of work. I’d hire him again.

he came to fix dry wall.. did a bad job on the work.. he did putty where drywall sheet is required. didn't care to bring texture as rest of the wall.. left with out finishing the job.

I will hire Manny again!

Manny did a great job repairing an entire wall and a portion of the ceiling after a leak. He does really good work and is reasonable priced. Great, hard-working guy!

Such a positive individual. Manny did an excellent job repairing 1/2 of a 12 feet ceiling with several deep cracks. His artistry skills were on point. VERY Sloppy work. Only superficial attempt to do a proper job (even coating of mud).. The fiber tape was never fully installed and was visible after the contractor left. would never recommend. Unfortunately, as the walls were wet with paint and the flaws were on ceiling and floor corners, did not notice before contractor left

Quick, efficient. Easy to contact.

Manny was able to patch some large gaps in my patio and paint the patio wit h epoxy paint so it will withstand the elements. It took 2 days to allow for the patch to dry before painting. The job is excellent as it appears seamless and none of the previous cracks show. I highly recommend Manny. Also he is very nice to work with and listened to what I wanted.

Manny did a wonderful job staining my fence. He was actually the only one to respond to my request for a fence stainer. Already setup to have him paint the exterior of my home as well. Manny's the best!

Manny and his assistant did a beautiful job painting our garage cabinets and garage to attic stairwell. He also applied Rustoleum gray speckled epoxy to our 4 car garage floor. Our garage now looks awesome. I recommend Manny Construction for these types of projects.

I was very disappointing , I will never hire this company, He did a lousy job, Please pay attention do not hire Manny's construction.

Manny repaired my sagging/separating eaves and painted trim, eaves, gutters, and patio ceiling. He and his helper did all the work themselves. Manny cheerfully obtained the paint I requested and was very careful to not spill any paint on my new windows, screens, and doors. He also repaired my garage ceiling, removing loose, hanging bedding tape and cracked sheetrock, leaving the ceiling looking like new. The only downside is that he sometimes arrived an hour or so later than stated. As I am retired, this did not matter so much, but otherwise you might need to be more specific about arrival time. He is a hard worker who is proud of his work. I will definitely hire him again.

Manny completed a two part job that included replacing several knee wall doors with dry wall and studs, patching holes and blemishes, painting and entire room and repairing a door. The work was good quality and at a fair price. He communicated well, showed up on time and completed the job in the amount of time he said it would take. I definitely intend to use Manny for other handy related jobs that go beyond DIY in the future.
