Manny checked in the night before to confirm I was ready for him. He was on time, very courteous and did a great job for me in short order. He took care of a couple other areas that needed attention at the same price. Cleaned up work area. I will definitely call on him again.

some work was good some not so good

Manny's construction it great. Great work he fix the cracks in my ceiling. Remove my carpet and laid my flooring. Painted my whole inside of our home look like a new home. Did beautiful job on the base board 4inches thick. I would recommend him to everyone.

Manny was quick, efficient, fair and understanding. I own the home he worked on in Dallas but live in Austin. I currently have it rented out and the tenants aren't the peachiest I've had. He was able to tailor the project around everyones needs. I requested he send photos during and after the projects completion. He covered the furniture and did a thorough clean up afterwards. He and I discussed a few other items I could use help with and he was honest about what he could and couldn't do. He offered to send names and numbers of people who might be a fit if needed. I've not met Manny but I am on the phone all day, everyday for work and ask questions for a living. Based on everything I've learned about him, he's honest, upfront, confident in his ability and gets the job done.

Manny came out same day I called. He engaged us. Did his work, and jumped in to tackle something he didn t do. Just a small tweak or 2 but I m a fairly tough grader :-). Very good attitude.
