Manny's Construction

Manny did a great job for us, at a very good price as well. He was personable and professional, he showed up on time (something I especially appreciate), and he was easy to work with. It's easy to see that he takes pride in his work...that is so important (and often hard to find these days). I plan to hire him again whenever we have repairs and other projects around the house.

His crew were very bad-they came with no equipment. They did not use drop cloths and got paint on everything. I can not believe that an individual that supposes specializes in sheet rock repair would only fix what was pointed out-he just painted over the smalll cracksl The other repairs are extremely bad, they were not sanded down ! !

Manny did a wonderful job painting my two story formal living room. He came prepared and ready to work. Finished the job in one day and the room looks beautiful. Thanks Manny!!!

Manny made a mess using a belt sander inside my house. He was very undependable, often did not show up, or did not provide enough man power to do the job. I had to tell him over and over the same instructions, even after having written them down for him. He did not remove the cabinet doors to paint them and after me complaining about brush strokes he rolled them with a roller which made them look worse. He owns only one drop cloth. Very nice man, but not professional. Think he picks up street corner workers for the day. I fired him. Made lots of promises but did not follow through. UNDEPENDABLE. Fibs about how many workers he has.

Manny and his crew did very good work and and are incredibly nice people.
