Juan and team were great. They fully assessed our system and gave me an itemized bid. When the repairs revealed more issues with the system during thr job, Juan kept me informed, showed me the issues, and made clear the estimate impacts so I could make decisions. The new controller install was excellent and they cleaned up everything in the yard and garage when completed. Juan walked me thru the new controller features and Iâ m extremely happy with the total job. Our sprinkler system went from non-functional with multiple leaks and broken heads to fully functional. Iâ ll definitely have them out soon for modifications and additions to the system.

Serviceman was nice. Unfortunately he was unable to complete the job and left stating the office would call to get the job finished. The office has not called. On the work day he told me I needed 3 new solenoids which cost me $850 for the day.

Very fast response time to our request for a price quote. Appointment was made for the next day, and I received text messages saying when our technician was on the way. Our technician Christian has very good customer service skills. He explained all options and even had the prices for each service memorized. He installed a good quality sprinkler controller that I can control from my smart phone. A little on the expensive side, but they provide excellent service with a warranty.

When I scheduled them, I ask that they **disable Zone 1**. I was out of town when they got to the appointment. They replaced the zone 1 valve instead of just disabling it.

The staff was professional and friendly. They troubleshooted the issue and explained the problem in details and the price. They demonstrated integrity by not resulting to fraud tactics. I was given an opportunity to decide if I wanted them to fix the issue. I hired them on the spot. They corrected the problem and reprogramed my system. My sprinklers are working now. I would definitely recommend them.

These guys were fast, focused, and fair with their work. New homeowner here, so they helped me understand what I had been doing wrong and how to guard against smaller issues for the future.
