I knew that because their bid was lower than the others, I figured they would be less professional and show up late for the work. They were hours late getting here because they had a breakdown. When I tried to get in touch with the owner, he wasn?t very accessible. You never know if someone isn?t accessible because they don?t want you to have a chance to cancel. I read a column in the newspaper that said you should always aerate first then compost but the owner told me the order doesn?t matter so I?m not confident in him.

I was happy with the work that was preformed, but I would like to point out a few issues. 1)if tax is not included in the price you quote please say so in the beginning. 2)Check your voice mail at frequent intervals. 3)Ask callers to give the day and hour that they call. 4)Respond to calls and pages as promptly as possible. 5)Listen carefully and try not to interrupt, don't assume that you know what the customer is going to say. 6)I strongly suggest that workmen spreading compost always wear a mask (I got dizzy standing outside talking for a while).

He was the first person to offer his insurance. He didn't ask for money until the job was finished. He showed up on time and returned my calls when I called him. He also added a sprinkler system.
