Daran was very prompt and courteous. The job was completed in two days installing 286 feet of powder coated fencing. The crew worked well together, and clean up was done properly. We highly recommend them to anyone wishing to build a fence on their property.

Daran was shoot from the hip kind of guy who gave us an honest estimate, no haggling and installed our fence in a timely manner. Quality material and backed with a 20 year manufacturer warranty. Very pleased with install and overall customer service.

Daran was great to work with. Very knowledgeable and gave us good ideas for our fence build. The price was fair and reasonable and all work was performed on time. His team works hard and put up two 164' fences in 3 days. We spoke to numerous fence companies about our project and Titan was hands-down the best experience. Highly recommended!

Daran was extremely helpful since the first call, the price was also fair and competitive . He made the project happen in the date and time it was schedule, only one concern is that he hasn't send me my invoice yet. I'm sure he is probably busy.

I thoroughly vetted this company. I had been needing to get this project done for quite a while. Their schedule and mine coordinated and so did the price. I'm a 1st responder and was given a discount. Darin found that out and gave it to me; I didn't ask for it. The job was done well & on time & for the price quoted. My neighbors liked the work enough they hired him to do theirs too. In fact, the HOA liked the work enough that they hired his company to do jobs on HOA owned property with wrought iron fences. Couldn't have been happier with all work done. I would use him again, but may not need to. The job came with a 20-year material and workmanship warranty.

Hired them to do a fence around our property. They showed up when asked, their quote was favorable so we went with them. They started on a Tuesday and were done by Friday. The issues came on Friday. We were having a pool built as well. The owner said the pool guys had damaged a panel and they had changed it out. He then said it would be about an extra $1,000. So I went ahead and paid and asked him to make sure he gets me an invoice and pictures so I can give this to my pool contractor to be reimbursed. The owner said he would on Monday. Monday came no invoice. I reached out to him and did not get a response. It was not until that Wednesday that I was able to get ahold of him. He said he was sick and that he would have an invoice for me today. I have reached out to him yet again, still no invoice.

It was great working with Daran and his team. They were got they got the job done in a timely manner and they did a wonderful job with our fence gates. Daran was very helpful and great to work with!

Stellar work

This is the worst contractor I have done business with in my 40 years of home ownership. Darin Free, the owner, gave me a bid to replace my rusting wrought iron fence in November 2020. I gave him the contractorâ s specs from the original fence. I requested an exact duplicate but with 1 gate to be constructed of wood with a rounded top. He said he could do it so I agreed to use his company. Later he said he could not construct the wooden gate. He told me to get it myself and he would refund me what he put in the bid for the original gate. Later he refused to refund that amount. In fact, he increased the price he had quoted me. Mr. Free never came to my house to see the site or the work. On 12/17/20 his foreman and workers arrived late to do the job. The foreman was very rude to my wife and would not follow her requests. He was also very rude to me and just acted angry all day. He did not have the 22 post ball caps needed or the 475 picket toppers needed or the 4x6 wooden posts needed for the gate I bought or the boards to go beside it. He acted like he did not know what the job was. After getting the material when he dug the post hole for the gateâ s 4x6s he ran into tree roots. He refused to continue unless I cut and dug out the roots. He planned to move the hole by cutting through a PVC pipe which contained the main power line to the house. I stopped him and cut roots and dug the hole myself. My original fence was level. The yard does slope some but I told him to just replicate the level fence and I would level the dirt later. When I came back out later they had stair stepped the fence, front to back and side to side. It looked like crap. I told him to redo it as I had askedâ level. He got mad and argued. When I came back they had leveled the back but stair stepped the side even worse. I made him fix it. The end product was level but each post had 1 or 2 extra holes drilled in it. They patched the holes but they look bad. Mr. Free told me he was not able to get the plastic post ball caps he had in the bid but his crew could paint my old iron caps. The foreman refused to paint them. I painted and installed them myself later. He told me he could not get the picket toppers until February- 2 months later. After hanging the garden gate, I gave the foremen the latch I had bought for it. He refused to put it on and told me to do it myself. When they were ready to leave the foreman asked for full payment. I have never paid in full for a job that was not complete. I called Mr. Free and told him I would withhold payment for the toppers and the ball caps until he received and installed the toppers. He said he already ordered them and I had to pay in full. I trusted that he would keep his word and I paid in full. What a mistake! When I asked Mr. Free for a receipt for payment he refused to give me one. He required that I pay in cash and then no receipt. I asked him for documentation for the 20 year warranty he said was provided. He refused . You can draw your own conclusions about this. Two months later, in mid February I contacted Daren Free. He said he could not get the materials promised and had no idea when he could get them. I asked for a refund for the parts-475 toppers and 22 caps and the labor he had charged me and I paid to have them installed. He agreed to refund me about 25% of what it would cost me for the materials plus $25 for labor for a worker to drive 100 miles round trip and work an hour (right). He said would reimburse me at the rate he could purchase these parts for but as shown, he could not get them at that price. He got really nasty about this. He yelled at me and cursed me out Very unpleasant. On 2/19/21 Free said he would reimburse me what he chose to pay me. As of 3/19/21 he has paid me $0. He took my money for materials and labor he did not provide. I would not recommend Titan Fence Co. to anybody.

Daran is a good guy and great to work with.

Professional-grade work, done on a timely basis, and service second to none. This was a large wrought iron fence job (about 800 feet, with 6 gates), and the materials and installation were 5-star quality. Got exactly what I had requested, and am pleased with every aspect of their work.

Worked with us on pricing. Very reasonable and he was easy to work with. Gave us extras and he always answered when we called or texted. He delivered what was agreed upon and even installed early. We would recommend Titan to anyone wanting quality work for a reasonable price. Follow up - we were promised 2 extra remotes. after many phone calls we were never given them. Rated 4 stars instead of 5 for this.

We submitted a request for a fence company on Sunday night, and Titan called at 8:00 am Monday morning. They were out here by 10:00 am, gave us a quote, and actually started on Tuesday morning! We are very pleased with the work, and the promptness!

Smooth, quick, and quality work for a competitive price!

Fence looks great they installed fast and made sure everything was level and clean. I recommended to my neighbors and he ended up doing 3 homes instead of 1. Everybody was happy with end result. The quoted price was fair and he was up front on everything and with explaining the product to make sure we were happy.

This was one of our best experiences hiring someone we didn't know. Darren responded quickly to my inquiry, was on time the day of, and his crew was knowledgeable and so professional. I strongly recommend them for your wrought iron fence project.

Mr. Free fenced around my homestead - about 3 acres - because my neighbors have vicious pit bulls and I have beautiful grandchildren. I live in a very rural, rugged area with lots of trees and underbrush and his crew installed cedar posts and hogwire fencing. Mr. Free was very understanding, supportive and proactive about the safety of my grandchildren! He used the GOOD cedar posts, and not the ones that rot after a few years. His crew was efficient, professional and I am very pleased with all levels of the work: safety, appearance and pricing, which was very reasonable. He also suggested insetting the gate so that I would not have to wait out on the road for it to swing open and possibly be hit by another car. That was very thoughtful. He installed the electric wrought iron gate and I was surprised to find that I sleep better at night knowing that we are more secure. The loaded shotgun helps, too!!
