PolyTexas
About us
PolyTexas offers a number of lifting processes to help you with your residential projects. We offer the traditional process of lifting concrete with pressed piers. This style of lifting perimeters of homes has been a success for almost 100 years. When lifting the exterior or perimeter of a home this is absolutely necessary. However, lifting the interior of your home does not require the massive undertaking required to install interior piers. Today you have a clean and affordable alternative. Almost 40 years ago the foundation industry learned that polyurethane had some major lifting capabilities and properties. After nearly 4 decades, polyurethane has earned its way into the industry and proven to be true structural solution. The soil under your home is supposed to withstand the weight of your structure for a lifetime. Unfortunately, soil composition changes as the decades go by. The main culprit for this soil breakdown is the introduction of water; either due to poor drainage near the exterior, excessive water flow near the exterior of your structure or your plumbing has failed beneath the slab. In any case, the soil under or near the home can no longer withstand the load of the home and it eventually sinks. Simply put, our polyurethane will fill these voids under the home and re-compact these soils to the point of refusal. The benefit of this material is that it is as strong as the concrete it is designed to support but weighs virtually nothing when compared to soil or concrete. Because of this unique benefit we can void fill and stabilize these effected areas and lift your home, restoring the soil composition and the elevation of your structure. Why don't other foundation companies offer this technology? We aren't sure, but we can tell you that it's not a new process. It takes thousands of projects to fully understand and utilize this technology and we have the best machinery, the best tools and the best results. PolyTexas can offer you permanent results. We offer the most comprehensive analysis and evaluations in this industry. Give us a call to schedule a visit. The family at PolyTexas would be honored to help your family!
