The young man who came out and did our carpets was named Jason and he did a fantastic job. He didn t realize that one of the rooms was extremely stained. He took special care to get the stains out and also at the last minute he was kind enough to do cleaning on our couch. I definitely would recommend TLC carpet cleaning to anyone who needs their carpets done.

I was lead to believe the repair work on my carpet seams would not be noticeable since we took carpet from the closet WRONG !! I don think there was much of an effort to make the repair work unnoticeable,I feel like I wasted $125 plain and simple

They arrived when promised & priced our carpet stretching job very reasonably. Then did the job quickly & efficiently and we are very pleased with the results.

It was great. I only gave it 4.0 stars because he didn t have a nail gun. This proved necessary when needing to keep the replaced carpet in place.

When tech was done, he left a dirty towel on the floor crumpled up as if just used. I could also still see footprints on the hardwoods in the living room. Pillows on couch were on floor propping up couch cushions, too, which allowed them to be susceptible to dirt. Finally, the tech warned me there may still be some animal hair on pillows, but there was quite a bit. The company I usually use left no trace of animal hair, and they propped the pillows up on couch in a tee-pee style to allow them to dry, without getting dirty.

Needed my carpet stretched that same day and they came through for me with a job well done and a reasonable price. I highly recommend them

The carpet looked very clean work man was very nice got it done fast he did it Thursday today is Saturday it is still wet and my feet stick to the floor it s kind a sticky I do not know whether it was not rinsed well enough or what.

did not use deodorizer. was very quick. Didn't move anything. I had a shoe box under edge of bed and they cleaned around the box and didn't move it. Didn't move rocking chair. When I noticed he went back and cleaned the floor where rocking chair was. I didn't notice the shoe box until he was gone.

I needed the carpets cleaned at a rental property and TLC got the job done. I will call them again next time I need carpets cleaned.
