I called the provider to ask about rodent services. Of the 6 places I called, they were the only ones to pick up. Even though they couldn't help me (based on my explanation the operator thought I needed structural services which they don't do), the woman I spoke to took the time to go over a few other companies that could help me out with my issues. As such, I"m writing this now because I was really impressed with their willingness to be honest and save me time as opposed to others who I later found out (after talking to Mayday) would also not be able to help me due to the structural component. When I next need pest services, I you can bet I will give them a call.

First of all, when I called Mayday to ask about their services they did a great job in answering my questions and explaining in great detail what they treat for each time. Other companies that I talked to seemed very rushed and they did not go into detail like Andrea did at Mayday. That is what convinced me to choose them. They showed up on time and did a thorough job of exterminating the inside of the home, the outside and the attic. They also put adhesive traps in the garage to help eliminate scorpions from entering the home. Our first impression was extremely positive and we will be having them come out quarterly to exterminate. Excellent, excellent service!

Billy was great. He was pleasant, polite and professional. He arrived early and we weren't home so he did the exterior work and then called my cell to let me know he was there. I arrived a few minutes later and he did the interior, taking time to answer questions and detail the specific things he had done in the yard (specific attention to ants and wasp nests). He was really sweet with our pets and listened carefully. We have decided to use them for our regular treatments.

I thought I had mice in my attic. I called May Day several times to investigate the attic for rodents. The owner himself came out and assured me that I did not have mice. He thought I might have a squirrel or two so he put up a deterrent on the outside of my roof for squirrels. He was extremely nice and very willing to do what it took to get rid of my problem. Haven't heard those squirrels since he left. :) Needless to say .... I was very pleased.

The technician was very friendly, prompt, and so on. I was totally satisfied.

I'm not usually a chemo-phobe, but when the treatment was completed, there were puddles of chemicals around the foundation, by all the entries. I'm afraid of what I'll find when it's safe to re-enter the home.

We moved to Round Rock from Vermont in June of 2010. Our realtor recommended another pest control service company, so we contacted them right away because we were seeing huge roaches in our home. After several visits over a period of about 8 months we were still dealing with the same issues. A gentleman from Mayday was visiting our neighborhood around the same time and rang our doorbell. We were happy to give Mayday an opportunity to work with us, and they guaranteed that we would be satisfied with their results. We agreed to try their service. Billy from Mayday treated our house inside and out (similarly to the other previous company), and we couldn't believe the difference in the results. Our bugs were GONE! We arranged for a schedule of service and the results have been consistently great. We get a phone call reminder several days before our service to remind us and there have been a couple of times I've needed to reschedule. The professional manner in which this company conducts business is impressive! I've recommended Mayday to my friends and neighbors. You won't be disappointed!

Billy, got here promptly at 8, and from there asked me what I was having the most problems with in the house. He then went through the house inside and out for an inspection. Within 40 minutes he had already doen the outisde, the attic, and the whole house! He let me know what I could do to prevent any further insects or bugs in the house or yard, and informed me of places he saw wasps nests and other pests. He was very friendly and definately knew what he was talking about. I am VERY pleased with the services provided for the ammount I got it for on Angie List, and they will definately be my new exterminators!

The person who came (Billy) was very friendly and he took about an hour to work inside and outside. I'm sticking with then for a annual pest control treatment.

Billy did a great job in terms of coming early and taking care of the backyard and frontyard as he was scheduled for 2pm but as he was early he started working on it right away. He sprayed l the house completely from inside and outside and I hope not see any activity after 1 week. Billy was friendly and good to work with. The best part was the chemicals that he sprayed didn't have any odor. I hope the product is as good as their cost and would typically last for 3 months minimum.

I have used Mayday for about 3 or so years now. We have always been pleased with their service. Billy treats our house and he does such a great job that we see virtually no bugs as compared to when we moved in. If we have any particular issue, such as wasps or red ants, I give them a call and Billy comes out to get rid of the pests for good. He is very friendly, kind and courteous. He remembers any issues we have had with pests in the past and is sure to follow up with us. At Mayday, customer service is the top priority. I once called on a Saturday and left a voicemail regarding 2 baby tarantulas we found in our house. Their office is closed on Saturday, however I received a phone call shortly after and they sent someone out immediately. We use them on a quarterly basis. If we have any issues in between treatments, they will come out for free. We will always use Mayday. If you give them a try, you will not be disappointed!

Mayday sent a technician out today to do a preliminary pest control treatment. They scheduled a time (not a time frame) when the technician would come out - a big plus. The technician was running a little (40 minutes) late and Mayday called 10 minutes early to tell me he was running late. They left a voice mail offering a reschedule if the delay was inconvenient. I did not return the call because the delay was no problem and they called back 15 minutes later to make sure I got the message and to let me know it would be another 20 minutes before he got here. Unheard of, excellent service!! The technician arrived 20 minutes after the second phone call and was extremely polite. He treated the entire yard and house and also the attic on a 90 degree day. I would recommend Mayday for sure and will be calling them for regular service. Exemplary customer service!

It went really well and they did a a good job. I have been very happy with their service. They were recommend to me from anther friend. Their cost is very reasonable . The spraying is very effective. They are very thorough and and respectful. If there are any problem they will come back right away.

We have been using Mayday for approximately a year, there is no contract required. They call you at the end of the three month period and ask if you require or want the next three month service. If you feel like you don’t need the house sprayed at that time one can call them back as required. When you set up an appointment, they give you a one hour window which one of their service persons will arrive. As of now they have always made the appointment within the time window we requested. When they arrive, their setup time is minimal and they finish the house and yard within an hour.

They did fine. We have them to do it as an as needed basis. I would recommend them to others.

I have used MayDay since I purchased my home in 2011 and have been continually satisfied. I have many pets and last year fleas got inside my house. MayDay only had to treat once, and the cost was reasonable. MayDay treats for insects regularly and contacts me to set a time for the treatment.
