Hired Deep Rock to level foundation. Very responsive and informative. Did not pressure me for more than need. Did the work quickly and timely. Everything (plants & irrigation lines) were put back in place and the area was left clean and neat.

The house had a second story addition that did not have enough support. Deep Rock came in and put more support to stabilize the house and added more piers. They also shimmed up the other piers and added termite guards on all the piers. The project went really well. It was finished sooner than expected. Ben was great to work with and available for any questions. They started on time and finished the project ahead of schedule. The area was left clean. The thing I appreciated about Deep Rock was the well laid out plan of action for what needed to be done. Knowing exactly what the plan of actions was and what to expect was very helpful and gave me much peace of mind. It was great to work with the same person from start to finish and for Ben to do a walk through of the house with me after the leveling to make sure everything was satisfactory. I appreciate the level of care they show for their clients and that Ben waited for me to get home from work so that he could do the walkthrough with me, even though he had a 20 minute wait. While waiting for me to get there he helped my family spread some rock that we had delivered.

Ben was very professional and made the experience very comforting. He is very concerned about the work being done properly and was clear in explaining the process and was on site for the job. Computer generated schematic of the job was printed before and after the job so you know exactly the measurement of your house . Overall great experience and price was not more than the competitors.

Not the lowest cost, but lower than the highest cost for this type of work. Ben handled the project from bid to completion with onsite oversight of the work crew. Took a little longer (1/2 day) than planned. Had a couple of weather delays due to tropical storm threats, but Ben kept us updated regularly as the schedule needed to change. Discussed landscaping impacts and expectations and worked with us as well as they could to minimize. We had to leave town as they were finishing up the last few hours of work. Ben followed up with photos to report status of completion and clean-up.

They made the whole process easy and stress free. Ben, our main contact was knowledgeable and answered all our questions from beginning to end. It was completed in three days by a great crew of men that worked hard and left everything in order. We are completely satisfied and would highly recommend them for foundation repair!

I wish I could give a 10 star rating. I contacted Deep Rock Foundations and Derek came out and gave us a free evaluation. He listened to my concerns and explained everything he was doing during his inspection. We hired him to do the repair and we were very pleased with his work. He was there early in the morning to get his team started and his guys were great - very hard workers and very respectful of our property. Derek checked and rechecked everything during the raising process making sure everything was perfect. I highly recommend Deep Rock - they did an excellent job.

The whole process was flawlessly working with Derek. From start to finish, he is with you in a whole way. It was an overwhelming experience when we started looking at companies to fix the foundation, but with him, he put us at ease, explained everything, and was done.

They did a great job. Derek was very easy to work with and always willing to explain the process and what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised that his crew arrived on time every day throughout the process. We only needed lifting at the front of our house, but when they lifted all of our doors lined up again. Even the back door, which had become difficult to bolt-lock, works again! I would definitely recommend Deep Rock Foundations to anyone needing foundation work done.

They did a great job and bent over backwards to please. We were out of town during the work and Derek sent us pictures as the job progressed and was always available by phone. They came back to move our couches so we would not have to. Very reasonable and easy financing. Overall a great company to work with and the house looks great

I highly recommend Deep Rock to anyone needing foundation repair. Ben responded to my initial posting within an hour and provided an estimate with two or three hours. He expedited the building permits and had his crew ready to start within a working day of my go-ahead. The work was completed in a day and a half and the cleanup was thorough. I now have a garage foundation that was repaired in less than one week from my initial query and a lifetime transferable warranty.

I would like to thank Ben Gauld for his professionalism & thorough explanation of the process of raising my slab. He provided a before and after diagram showing elevations/corrections for each room.
