It is rare for me to post comments, but the wonderful service provided by Deep Rock Foundations deserves a "shout-out". They tunneled 43 feet to place 33 exterior and 8 interior piers to level our 35 years old home on a post-tension slab. Through the whole job, they made the experience as easy as possible. Ben Gaul is a pleasure to work with and clearly has the knowledge base necessary to anticipate potential complications. He explained everything to me with patience and respect then went through the process again with my husband. It turned out extensive plumbing repairs were required so the whole process took over a month. Ben stayed in touch, requesting updates as the job progressed. A structural engineering firm reviewed the plans prior to the start of the job and sent an engineer to inspect the work upon completion. In the end, Ben and the rest of the crew confirmed the job was to our satisfaction. A thank you and kudos to Deep Rock Foundations crew for a job well done!

I worked with Ben and everything went so smooth. This was a very stressful fix for me but, Ben was able to walk me through every step and checked up on me daily. Everyone was really nice and they left the house just like they found it but taller!

Ben Gaul and his team did an excellent job leveling and repairing the foundation of my house. I canâ t recommend them enough. They worked quickly and were very courteous about entering the house and trying to keep the floor from getting dirty, as well as cleaning up any debris from the job around the house. Ben was extremely honest about the work, even letting me know that his original estimate was high and that the total cost was going to be substantially lower. You just canâ t beat that kind of honesty when all you have to go on is their word.

My entire experience with Deep Rock Foundations was excellent. From the initial contact to project completion, I was impressed by the professionalism, knowledge, promptness, courtesy, and hard-working effort by everyone involved. The estimate and the work to be done were clearly explained and my questions were answered. The work began and completed right on the projected schedule. Over 30 piers were installed. The work was done with care to protect the property, including greenery, as much as possible. We experience no problems throughout the process. Paul, Erasmo, and the crew did a wonderful job. I had previously worked with another company for a much smaller job. That company is one of the more well-known companies with many years of experience. I found Deep Rock Foundation's work to be every bit as good and better in many ways than the company who did the previous work. Comparing cost alone can lead to possibly poor choices and regretful experiences. Given everything I've stated above about the quality of work and the people who did it, the icing on the cake is that Deep Rock Foundations' price beat the other company's estimate by a significant percentage. My house is up on blocks and needed to be leveled and some beams replaced. Deep Rock Foundation is a very good company to do any foundation job you have. I give them a 5 Star But a company is as good as the people who work for them. Ben and his crew were the best. Ben presented himself in a very professional manner. He is very personable and easy to talk to, he knows his stuff. Ben is not pushy as far as if he knows you have a certain budget, he doesnâ t make you feel guilty or anything if you canâ t afford a certain foundation work. He will tell you what you need and even give you maybe an option like plan A, B, or C. Sometimes we are not financially able to spend a certain amount or want to finance it and option B is better for now and knowing that the company is a great company go back to them at a later time and do the rest of the work. Ben was here most of the job which I like, because he knew what I wanted and I didnâ t have to explain things to different people he saw the project from beginning to the end. Which is a big plus in my eyes. Ben will help you anyway he can, I even had one of my dogs that got out of the fence and Ben went running after her and got her for me instead of just standing there and letting her run off. He has tremendous patient with kids, my toddler granddaughter just became good friends with him and she ask him tons of repeated questions and he never loss his cool he would repeatably answer her same questions when she was around him. The Crew were very polite and did a great job. At the end of the project, they clean up the area spotless and took all the trash away. I give Deep Rock Foundation a 5 Star and Ben and his crew a 10 Star. When my house needs to be re-leveled years from now, I will go back to Deep Rock Foundation because I had a great experience with them and I know you will also

Very profesional, punctual, and hi-tech. I was impressed with the equipment they brought, and how quickly they conducted the assessment. Just 30 min after completing the walk through with us, there was their email with the assessment, the whole house floor plan with dimensions and slab’s relative elevations. That was wow to me.

Derek came out and evaluated my home's foundation at no cost. He did an honest assessment. My foundation was fine, and I needed no repairs. He offered a few recommendations to keep my foundation 'healthy' as well. While I'm extremely grateful to know that I don't have the expense of a foundation repair, I've never been more disappointed not to do business with a company! We were skeptical at first, but Ben explained everything. He was honest and upfront with what needed to be done and what they would need to do inorder to complete the work. I was quite impressed with how descriptive they were of the process and also pointing out the various points of concern. They were very flexible with us since we have dogs. GREAT experience! Derek explained the process and reasoning behind what was going to occur in the repair as well as any possible things that **could** happen when repairing/raising a foundation. It gave us tremendous peace of mind to have such a thorough and knowledgeable professional working on our house. His crew was fabulous; very respectful and friendly. Our home is pier and beam construction, 107 years old. Deep Rock was very thorough in lifting and leveling the house. Also had to replace a beam. The crew kept a clean work site and were very friendly. Canâ t express the professionalism of Ben and Derek. They both are a joy to be around. GREAT JOB!
