Decker's Carpet Cleaning

Nice job! Sofa and carpet was cleaned by another company about 2 years ago and was not happy with results. Was told the sofa material was very hard to clean so I went with what they said. Sent a message on Angie's list to Decker and explained what we wanted done and that the sofa was in bad shape from our dogs that rule our house. Had an appointment the next day. When they arrived they examined the sofa and explained to my wife that they will work on it with their cleaning process but it suggested chemical cleaning. My wife called me at work and explained how they were going to clean the sofa but it could damage the fabric. They would test a small area first and see how it goes. Well my wife told me if it doesn't work then she will buy a new sofa. Not what I wanted to hear. Well, the sofa looks like new and smells great. Now all we have to do is get our two dogs to listen and the sofa should last another 10 years. The carpet looks great also. Had a few spots where one of the dogs like to eat their snacks and left a stain. John worked on that area and the sofa and gave us great results. Thanks Decker's Carpet Cleaning for a very happy experience. Saved me a lot of money and now I can spend time watching football and not looking for a new sofa.

Excellent Service. I needed someone quickly as we had a puppy that was hospitalized with parvo. Had to get the carpets cleaned quickly before he came home. They came the next day. Treated all carpeted areas for pets odors and cleaned. They were here for several hours. Very friendly, informative and professional.

My experience was excellent! They were able to come out shortly after I had purchased the big deal. They were helpful and prompt. They left us an entire instructional packet and how to take care of the carpeta on our own.

Mike was on time, very professional and did an awesome job. The chairs look great! Will definitely call again for future upholstery cleaning.

Lissa Decker called me the same morning I emailed a request for an estimate. Mike Decker came out the same day and Lissa kept me informed throughout the day about his estimated time of arrival. The estimate was very thorough and Mike explained exactly what to expect - areas where there might be less than perfect results and areas they could correct. Josh and John showed up on time 2 days later and worked for 5 hours solid! I am absolutely thrilled with the results - the carpet looks and smells wonderful. It took 6 to 8 hours for the carpet to dry but it was well worth it! Much less expensive than replacing the carpet!

We were very happy with all the work done. My tile floors and grout look brand new. The carpet repair was exceptional also, I can't even tell where the carpets were repaired. Not only was the actual job well done, but the crew arrived on time and were very professional and courteous. I will continue to use them for my routine carpet and upholstery cleaning. and highly recommend them for their exceptional service.

excellent workers: punctual, detailed, excellent work. I'm 60 years old and have had a lot of carpets cleaned, and these guys are best I've run across. I liked that they could also repair some holes in the carpet. It's been several months now, and the patches are not visible.

They did a good job. The cost of the service was high. They were able to get the spots out of the carpet. I don't know if I will use them again, because of the price.

Deckers Carpet Cleaning did a really nice job. They did have to come back and fix a few spots and they did a good job on that too. We were pleased with them. They were very polite. They were very professional, they covered the floors and their feet. He was knowledgeable and really worked hard. The carpets look good.

My carpet looked like heck. When I purchased the home 8 years ago the carpet was in great shape. But 8 years of a single guy and friends spilling coffee, coke, beer, having dogs in the house, and severe filtration lines (black dust) from the HVAC system pulling air through the house had left the carpets in deplorable condition. Every realtor that looked at the house stated that before the house could be marketed it would have to have all new carpeting put in. Decker’s saved me a considerable amount by bringing the carpet back to beautiful condition. On a separate note, something that really made Decker’s stand apart: for a very reasonable fee they were willing to move all the furniture in the house so as to clean every square inch, and then set the furniture back on small foam riders. As it turned out this was not needed, but no other carpet cleaner was willing to consider moving any real amount of furniture. These guys are serious about getting business, and they will have my business again.

Mike & Jason were very courteous and professional. They took time to explain the process well and answer questions, left info about carpet cleaning/post care. They took great care of our furniture/belongings when moving them around during the cleaning. Our carpet is 7 yrs old, but looks brand new now.....excellent work! I would HIGHLY recommend their service and my husband and I will definitely be calling them back!!

They were on time, took the furniture outside to avoid damaging our wood floors, brought back in and left. It was less than an hour and came with a warranty! Also, I had not had a chance to put the felt on the legs of the benches to keep from scratching the floor an before replacing the benches the picked them up and held them while I did that! So not necessary, by so nice!

Call and made an appointment for stretching and cleaning carpet. The crew was on time and very professional and polite. They gave me the estimate for cleaning carpet and while they were here I also asked them to give me an estimate for cleaning tile and grout. Jason (one of the crew members) said that the furniture would have to be moved for the stretching and that they would have to come another day for that. Jason called the office and they worked it out so they could do both the carpet and tile the same day. The carpets came out like new. When Jason and the crew were finished with the tile and grout cleaning, he said he was not satisfied how it came out. The grout came out different colors in different places. So Mike came out the next day and was not pleased and said he wanted to try a different process. They came back the next week and stretch the carpet and that was done great. Mike also came back that week and tried the other process. It still wasn’t to either of our satisfaction. So Mike said he would like to try a color sealant on the grout. He came back two different times with two different color sealants, until he and I were happy with the results. You have to understand the tile in my home is at least 20 years old and has only been professionally sealed once. I have never had a company put so much effort into getting the job done right. I would definitely recommend Mike and Decker’s Carpet Cleaning to anybody. Mike is very knowledgeable on all floor types and is willing to go the extra mile to see that the job is done right. Also now my tile floors look new again. Thank you Mike!

Completely professional from start to finish.

They were very professional. I called to schedule the service and they worked me in the following morning. The owner and his team member arrived on time and discussed the options with us. Our carpets were cleaned in about an hour and a half and they looked and smelled beautiful.

I have used Decker's Carpet Cleaning for both a whole house cleaning and furniture cleaning. The service is easy to arrange and Mike explains the process before he starts and does a great job. The carpets were spotless when he was finished. I was concerned about the furniture cleaning. (sofa and two chairs) Mike performed some unobtrusive tests and then returned the furniture to a pristine condition. I was more than impressed. Mike provides and excellent professional and personable service. I have no hesitation in recommending him.

It went well! I called and spoke with Mike for a good 30 minutes before we scheduled a home visit for an evaluation. First off, I called 3-4 other companies found here on Angie's List and could tell that Mike was more educated and more passionate about the industry and his company. His initial visit to the house took about an hour for him to measure and inspect everything; he was very informative and walked me through the process. For the day of service, things went well and faster than anticipated. The night before, i emptied all the furniture from the rooms so Mike and his crew would not have to spend time moving furniture or work around it. I wanted to make sure everything was thoroughly cleaned rather than worked around. For a word of advice, Deckers Carpet Cleaning will move things side to side and put on foam blocks when necessary but they will not dismantle and move large furniture out of the rooms. After Mike had completed the service and left, some of the scent from the pet treatment lingered for a few days but once dried (and a recommended spritz of febreeze) everything not only smelled great, fresh and clean, there was a noticeable difference in how great the carpet looked! Some of the spots did not come out completely, but all spots of wear and the old roommates pet has almost vanished. I can say that I went from wanting new carpet (even though the carpet is only 2 years old) to loving it again.

It was such a wonderful experience with Deckers Carpet cleaning even from the first phone call before the appointment. The level of professionalism was extraordinary. My carpeted areas look brand new! There were areas that were so badly soiled that I never thought that they could look so clean again. I was resolved to have to replace the carpets in those areas but Mike worked on them and they are spotless. I was amazed. Mike was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I will recommend him to others who pay much more for the same results and do not get the personal attention that Mike gives.

I was promptly called on the date of the appointment to confirm the time and plenty of time was allowed for my service. Mike toured each room and reviewed stains and high traffic areas with me to let me know what to expect. I was extremely pleased with my overall experience and results. We have three four-legged kiddos who rule our home, which means the carpet does get a little "fragrant". We called Decker Carpet Cleaning and made an evening appointment for an estimate. Mike Decker was punctual, knowledgeable, honest and provided different options. The day of the cleaning came and went with no problems. I contacted Decker's Carpet Cleaning to clean 5 rooms of carpet in my house after buying a deal here on Angies list.. Mike sent an email reminder the day before the assigned date and called 10-15 minutes prior to showing up exactly on time. He was very professional in his explanation of how he was going to clean the carpets and did just what he said. He cleaned my dirty stained carpets so well they looked new. I was astonished at how good they looked. When he was finished he explained how long it would take to dry. Also, his assistant repaired a section of the carpet. My overall experience with Decker's Carpet Cleaning was excellent and will call him again for carpet cleaning.

Mike and his brother personally came to my home and cleaned the carpets. They were on time, confirmed the prices up-front, and worked very diligently to get the job done. My wife and I were very impressed with the job they did. Previous vendors of carpet cleaning sent personnel who hurried through the job and produced mediocre results. These feloows really did a good job and we will definitely use them again.
