He was called by my property management company to troubleshoot and repair some power outage problems in several rooms of a rental property. The management company paid him on receipt of the bill so I could not contest it. This job should have taken no more than a few hours to complete so I question this electrician's abilities. I am also suspect since he held the bill for 8 months. I believe he knew that he would be paid by the management company without question (which he was). They would pass the cost on to the owner of property (which they did) and there would be no recourse. He is either incompetent or dishonest. Either way you should avoid him!
