I was very pleased. They came when they said that they would. They evaluated what I needed. Jr. came out and made suggestions regarding lighting and the fan. They were very professional. I was very pleased with the work preformed.

Everything was fantastic! I was having some remodeling done and had overlooked the lighting situation of my family room. I called Jr Friday morning, and he came out that day to give me design advice. ( It was critical that I have the lighting done in the afternoon, because the ceiling was going to be repaired, painted, and textured the following morning.) Jr sent his crew later in the afternoon to install the lighting. His crew is friendly, efficient, proficient, and professional. The lighting is perfect; I couldn't be more pleased!

Jr. sent out his entire crew. He had originally estimated it would take 5 hours to complete the job, it only took them 3 hours. They were in and out and did a good job cleaning up behind themselves.

I had previously had an inside chandelier installed through a local company. I also wanted to replace a ceiling fixture on the front porch and add a couple of coach lights outside. The electrician told me that a coach light could not be placed on the column by the front door, that it would be impossible to get wiring down through the column. There was no other logical place to put one so I decided to try someone else; I went to Angie's list and called Mr Sanchez who came out immediately to give me a quote. He assured me that he could indeed put a coach light on the column. He said he liked a challenge and could do things that other electricians shied away from. He also suggested that I add some up-lights to the front of the house since one coach light would not provide much light. He called me back with a quote for all of the work, which seemed reasonable and his crew was able to complete the job the next day. There was a problem with the motion light on the porch ceiling, which didn't work because the up-lights were shining on it. I called him that evening and he sent someone the next day to reposition it. Once again there was a problem because it was so sensitive that passing cars were setting it off. His crew came out again and this time were able to solve the problem. I would definitely recommend this company. They did most of the work when I wasn't home, had access to the inside of the house, and disturbed nothing. They showed up on time, and came back to resolve the situation with the motion light very quickly.

They expereinced difficulty in the light shorting out and traced the problem to a faulty GFI. This took them more time that originally bid. The only additional cost was for the GFI ($20.00). They cleaned up the area and were professional in the work accomplished.

It went very well. He was very professional and explained what he did and answered my questions about how long the unit may be expected to last.

I have tried to get several electricians in the past to perform this service for me and either they didn't know how to do it or they quoted an absurd price to avoid the job. When I called JESEC, one of the owners came out the next day and listened to what I wanted to accomplish and told me that it could be done easily. Within a week, JESEC ordered and received the Interlock kit and other needed parts and scheduled the installation. The installation went very smoothly and took less time than I had anticipated. After the Interlock kit was installed, the electricians took the time to identify and label all the breakers in my electrical panel so that when I switch to generator power I would be able to choose which circuits I wanted to power based on my generator's capacity. The electricians were very professional and courteous and made sure I was completely satisfied before they left. I would highly recommend JESEC for any electrical job. They are now my "go to" electricians for anything I might need in the future.

Tripped a breaker on Thanksgiving morning, couldn't make it work so we called JESEC on Friday morning and explained the problem, sent a picture of the fuse box, he said he needed to come look at it, wasn't up to code, so his worker went and got the parts he needed and came back and replaced the box that very day. great work, he even cleaned up his mess and I have already recommended them to someone else.

They had to run to the store to get a new sgi? outlet but they fixed everything and answered all of my husband's questions.

EVERYTHING WAS FINISHED IN ONE DAY---12 HOURS OWNER CAME FIRST WITH INSTRUCTIONS AND THEN LEFT 4 OTHER WORKERS TO DO ALL THE WORK

They were fantastic. Really worked with me on the date, and sent out one of the owners so that the job could get done. He quickly fixed the light in the hall, after figuring out where the problem was, which took a little bit. Listened to what I needed for the outdoor outlets and made it work better than I imagined. The exposed ones have covers that protect them from the rain. I also had a big ugly light fixture outside, and another with a flood around the corner. We talked, and moved the flood to where the ugly one was. Went to Home Depot and he helped me choose the fixture that would fit best with the existing outlet. I highly recommend Jesec and will definitely use them again.

One master electrican and two helpers arrived at my house, right on time. They were very professional, very quick, had all the tools and supplies that were needed. The wires were neatly placed with other wiring in the attic and out of the foot paths. The breaker box was clearly marked. When the job was done all trash, extra wiring etc... was picked up and removed. The price paid was the same as the estimate. It was great having them work on my house!

I had a tree limb fall on my main power line and sever one of the lines in the mast. I called 10 electrical companies on Angie's List at 9:30pm and needed someone immediately. I didn't leave messages with anyone but Junior with JESEC called me back. He arrived with his crew at 11:30 pm and worked unitl 1am. Junior ran a new line and was professional, courteous, and efficient. I was pleasantly surprised with the cost of the job. This company does a great job at a great value.To top it off, Junior called back the next morning to make sure everything was OK after Oncor reconnected my power.

They were prompt, and professional. Willing to take the time to answer questions.

Junior was very responsive to my initial call and was able to come out and give me an estimate very quickly, the estimate was an excellent price and right in-line with what I had in mind. Even though it was the week of Christmas and the job would take all day, they were still able to come out that week. Everything they did was quality work, and the crew of 4 was very professional. I've already recommended them to several others, and I would definitely call them again if I have any more need for an electrician.

I called mid afternoon to schedule an appointment, and was told I would be called back in 30 minutes as they needed to check schedules, as to what time they could be out the next day. Origanilly problem was in bathroom and hall way. While I was waiting to be called back I lost power to the ceiling fans in 2 bedrooms, but even worse lost power to my office, as I work from home. When they called I told them the problem had gotten worse, so he sent hes guys out same say after 5 with no after hours fee. They diagnosed the issues and had me all fixed up in under two hours. They were courteous, professional and did a great job explaining what was wrong and wht they had to do. I would higly recomend!

They did a great job - showed up on time and the price was as agreed. Referred them to my parents and they used them as well. Would gladly refer them to family and friends and use them again! (FYI: used them in June and forgot to send in rating).

Junior met with me when he said he would to discuss the plans. When his crew arrived to perform the work they were all very pleasant and eager to do the job despite the soaring temperatures. Jay was wonderful to explain my options as the lighting was mounted on the brick wall of my house as well as 2 on the outside posts of the pergola. They went to great extremes to run the lines down from the attic in the garage through the wall so none of the cables were visable. He also installed a 4 outlet plug in and a fan with 2 rotating blades. He had to build a brace for the fan to make it work correctly. He traveled to Ft Worth to buy a $2 switch that would match what I already had so it would not look odd. They also replaced the lighting on my garage with sundown sensors to light up at dusk. It eliminated the dark areas around my house. They did an absolute wonderful job and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable company. I have used them in the past and will definately use them again.

They identified the problem as the internal wiring in a large crystal chandelier which was shorting out and tripping the circuit breaker. While they don't repair chandeliers, they referred me to a local artificer who makes these repairs. They disconnected the chandelier to facilitate its repair. They also installed a ballast in a kitchen lighting fixture while they were here.

Jay did everything we had agreed on for a good price. And then when he discovered the extra stuff, he didn't charge me for doing that!! We chatted about stuff and he was very friendly and professional. So were his helpers. They cleaned up their mess. I am so impressed I'm about to faint - especially in a world where customer service seems to be so lacking. I won't be using another electrician in my lifetime. In fact, I plan to have Jay and his team rewire my entire home since it's an older version with aluminum wiring. I hired them because of their stellar reputation on Angie's List and I am SO grateful for this place now.

Two electricians and a helper were due between 8am and 10am. They arrived at 9am. While one worked on placing the lights where they were needed, the other one worked on widening the switch area and connecting the new wires the other had run in the attic. They worked in a timely and professional manner. In addition, we had an electrical socket outside at the patio area that was incorrectly installed by another electrician. They tightened that up and reconnected the wiring more securely.
