It didn't.
Description of Work: Made an appointment with Chris to come out and give me a quote on several electrical issues. I took the morning off work to meet him at my home. He didn't show nor notify me that he wasn't going to show.

(member name removed) This just came to my attention and I apologize for the failure to meet with you on our part. I know this happened a few months ago so my memory is not fresh. I do not remember getting a phone call about us not showing up. I know if I would have, I would have done everything in my power to make it right. Again, I am so sorry we wasted your morning and if there is anything at all we can do please let us know. As an electrical company who has never had a bad review, knowing that a potential costomer was unsatisfied is upsetting to us. We care about our costumers and strive for their complete satisfaction.
