Technician Marcos has visited my house and resolved the issue in reasonable time after doing necessary system checks professionally. If you are looking for an excellent sprinkler service provider look no further, S.S.S. is by far the best choice. We called them up to service our system which had a broken line and multiple sprinkler heads that were covered by earth (ground). When we purchased the house, the realtor stated that the unit was working okay, but that was a vague truth, the unit had multiple issues including needing new sprinkler heads to meet the existing flower beds. The team uncovered at least 11 sprinkler heads and replaced the ones in the flower beds so that they could properly water the beds. They reprogrammed our system to allow proper water days to continue as well as showed me how to run special zones if needed. *Update After they completed their work and gave me excellent instructions on operating the system, I decided to cheat by accessing the main water control system in the ground and breaking the solenoid. Water started pouring into the box, water heads started leaking and we couldn't get it to stop. OMG! (Picture an I Love Lucy moment--Lucy you got some explaining to do. LOL) My wife got towels to soak up the water and went to shut off the water. We called S.S.S back up to let them know that I had screwed up what they had fixed (SMH). They put me on the schedule for the next day. They adjusted what I had messed up at no cost :-). I have been banned from touching the inground service box. But I will tell you that their workmanship and quality are second to none and they will beat almost any provider out there. If you have any questions, you can email me. Mike.
