It's an expensive fix - replacing the backflow valve on our sprinkler system. It's not an expensive part, but I understand the law of supply and demand. These guys were priced competitively compared to everyone else. They were here when they said they would be and did exactly as promised. I'll certainly work with them again.

The technician replaced the back-flow valve, which burst as a result of the freezing weather earlier this week. He came to the house on a Saturday morning and completed the repairs effectively and efficiently, within an hour. He was very knowledgeable, experienced, and helpful in addressing my questions. Finally, he assured me that if we experience any issues with the new valve, he would come back to make sure that everything works as intended.

Called within 10 minutes after I put in the request. Called me three times verified the job, gave me an estimated time of arrival, called me to tell me repairman was on his way. Repairman very professional. Told me what the problem was and what need to be done to correct the problem. Quoted me a price. Also, repaired a leak in my sprinkler system at no charge. It was cold, wet, no complaints, quick and professional in his workmanship.

My back flow blew the popup valve but since the shut off valve was rusted and I don't have a main shut off for the lawn, just moved in, had to shut off water at the meter. So something of an emergency. Contacted Summer Sprinkler through Home Advisor and they had a tech out within an hour and he had everything fixed and turned back on within 2 hours. Will be using them to add a main shut off once it warms up. Great service, great tech.

Excellent service. Our back-flow valve broke during the hard freeze. We got someone to come out and fix it the same day in the evening. Very impressive. The technician was extremely knowledgeable, skilled and nice. He showed me what he did and even gave some tips for the future. I will definitely use this company again in the future and recommend it to others.

They looked everything over and told me what needed to be replaced and gave me a quote. I hired them right there on the spot. They did the job right there and then. They were done in less than 2 hours which is awesome considering the amount of work they had to do. I would recommend them to anyone.
