Elite Spinkler Svcs were excellent. They were very prompt, courteous and efficient and thorough.i would highly recommend them. Jose evaluated my whole system and flagged all of the problem area. Before he fixed the broken heads or replaced some existing heads with taller ones so more ground could be reached, he showed me exactly what was wrong and told me how much it would cost before proceeding. He did a great job.

Excellent experience all around. Jose Brito and his assistant were punctual, knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. The job was performed to my satisfaction at a reasonable price. I was in contact with Elite early in the morning and they were here by 8:30 to help with a leak.

Very knowledgeable and patience in explaining the issue with the leak. Jose went through all the sprinklers to ensure it is working properly. Chris called the next day to check on the leak which we determined to be the water hydrant and not the water sprinklers.

The technicians were knowledgeable and did a very good and thorough job with fixing the various problems my sprinkling system had. They were friendly and courteous and Jose went around pointing out the problems to me so that I can see exactly what was going on . A little pricey but they guarantee their work and parts so that is a good thing.

We had some miscommunication in the beginning, but resolved it quickly.

Fantastic. Received a telephone call from their office within 5 minutes of placing appointment. The gentleman I spoke with confirmed all the details and touch base with me. When the crew showed up, they surveyed the situation, walked me through their process of what needed to happen. Before starting any work, they asked for my go ahead. They were done and gone within 1.5 of their arrival. Most of the time was spent showing me what the issues were and their finished work at the end! FANTASTIC!

Great job! I had standing water in an area of the lawn, that just would not dry up. It turned out to be a leaking underground pipe. But no worries, he was able to repair it and it did not take long! I was also impressed with how easily I was able to schedule an online appointment.

Chris is a very professional sprinkler technician who arrives on time, communicates clearly and knows his stuff. I would highly recommend him for any sprinkler install, repair or maintenance job. He also installs Wi-Fi smart sprinkler controllers.

They did come in and completed some repair but not the whole system. I can understand since the repair tech had a long list of service work to finish for the day. Overall, the customer service is good but just wish that the repair tech can have more time to resolve issue completely before leaving for next job

The project was executed well. Not only did they show up on time to fix the leak, but they also perform the inspection and repair for the whole sprinkler system.
