Costs more for the work than an independent contractor but worth it - I know my electrical installations are working properly.

Excellent service but very expensive for type of work effort....paid $358 for replacement of 1 2-way switch and a single switch which included $49 trip charge.

The tech was on-time and professional. They seemed a bit expensive on other items I had quotes on; however, my electrical issues seemed to be priced right.

Davin was the most professional we have ever met. I don’t know what ur paying this guy, but u better pay him triple as he is worth it. If I ever need future work, u can bet ur ass it will be Mr Sparky with Devin as their representative.. This kid is going places!

Not only did they do the work I wanted, they installed a smoke detector [I supplied it] in the master bedroom, and advised on upgrading the home electrical system.

Devin was able to come out the same day and make the appropriate repairs as well as provide us a complete quote for additional work we had requested.

The rep was very professional and competent. The price was, I thought, expensive. The company policy, apparently, required the rep to try and upsell me on services I didn't ask for and didn't want. The inspection and upsell part took about an hour and may be responsible for a segment of the cost. The actual work appears to be competently done and as I said, the rep was courteous and professional.

Great experience with Mister Sparky. Van, the electrician, was right on time and did a great job hanging a new chandelier. He also gave me a breakdown on other projects, including one I requested. He was very friendly and professional. The company was great about keeping me informed on the ETA. I'll hire again for future projects.
